Sarah - Very well said! I loved you rested your case. Even taking the names of "Friends" and CMG in the same line is a blasphemy IMO. On one hand we have a writers who have scripted out the entire season before it goes "live" and on the other we have writers who juggle with ideas two days before production, and "pick" the most bizarre sounding ones. On one side we have actors who are committed to doing quality work, and on the other we have actors who are committed to gathering large quantities of fan girls. On one side we have a production house that has so consistently, season over season delivered a cult series. And on the other we have a production house who's serial ran out of steam in the first three months of its inception ... 😃

Mel - You nailed it on BnB analysis. Somewhere in bringing in Hannah, we've lost the Booth we know. I never wanted him to be a love sick puppy. But he clearly looks like he's tolerating Brennan and not really wanting her to interrupt his scene with Hannah. I know guys get very uncomfortable handling a new relationship in front of their ex. But then Brennan was never his ex. She was his soul mate. And you don't treat a soul mate so lightly. I felt such a sharp contrast in Booth's behaviour from the airport scene in Season 5 finale to the his entry scene w/ Hannah in picture, this season. Come on HH! This is a guy who uses his car batteries to light up a Christmas tree for Brennan's odd family Christmas gathering in a jail trailer. Do you actually expect us to believe that he is just hearing Brennan out and not listening to her? I don't.

Anu - OMG! GKD's sidekicks sound so hilarious yaar ... The dialogues are outrageous! So this guy goes shy near the girl when she is actually encouraging his attentions? *shakes head in despair* Yeah, when I watched the first episode, that was the first thing that struck me - the violent back drop is more of a hindrance actually. Seems like the audience has developed a keen fondness for rustic, gunda type characters - hence their over abundance across all channels!

Anu, I just went to the BHPH forum and instead of puking over the perversion, people were laughing at creatives stupidity of showing Shravan taking pics from a proper angle in that drunken state😕. This is what they are bothered about. Sending such pics to family is a very normal thing, it seems. W*F has TV become?!

Yeah, I don't have much expectation from the episode 3 either. Till Booth comes around to being himself, I doubt if I will be expecting anything from Bones. I was watching season 5 episode 19 today, Booth wishes 'happiness, love, laughter, purpose and a dance' for Brennan. This is how he is giving her happiness...by staying aloof from her.

I lived in Canada for years, in Toronto. Did my high schooling and all in there. Came here about 5 or 6 years ago. Had a lot of trouble in adjusting with the culture and stuff😆. I am Bengali. I still have a hard time speaking bengali though. And when I write Bengali.....my handwriting is good😃, but spellings suck.

Oh....that reminds me, I read you saying you are confused that Melissa doesn't sound like a Muslim name. I forgot to reply to your that post. Anyway, Melissa is my nickname, which were given to me by my Canadian friends....lol. They had trouble pronuncing my proper name, so once in grade 1 (if I remember correctly) we were reading a story and role-playing. My characters name was Melissa, and that's how this nickname came up. My friends started calling me by that name, I know it's silly, but we were young then and later I got used to having this nick and my friends calling me by this name........and when I joined I-F, I signed up with this name instead of my proper name because I didn't know if it was wise to give my proper name here...lol. I think apart from Zainu di and gang, I mentioned this only to Sonia. Mash and Kavya knows Melissa is just a nickname, but I probably have never metioned it in this CC.

I remember how someone wanted to call me "Peggy" because my name was so complicated to be pronounced here. I put my foot down and said no! 😆 DH had a hearty time laughing about it. He even calls me that to irritate me sometimes ...

LMAO LadyM.....No way is that my name!!!!!!😆 Although I am not very fond of my first name, it is quite smart and not really the usual Muslim type name. Mom-Dad kept it from a Persian book actually, maybe that's why.

Peggy? Hahahaha......Good that you put your foot down. I guess I was quite young to really have an opinion, plus, I really didn't like my name butchered. Whatever the reason was, only my friends called me by that name. Some of my classmates (not friends) tried to even find a nick from my nickname by calling me 'Lisa' 'Mel' and stuffs. Well, they had to call me by my real name coz only my friends were permitted to call me Melissa.....it was sth like how friends gives you stupid nicks.....

For you guys the case is totally different, because I introduced myself as Melissa, and you can shorten this name and twist it around. But they knew my real name and weren't even my friends.....why shorten a nick?
