^^ Adorable sig Lalibali!! I'm loviong this Prahlaad fever, it's hit me at the same time cuz of that Bhakti seminar where Prahlaad story was part of our reading week before last... saw the vid, realized I've seen the Hindi dubbed version on Zee TV - so here's the same song in Hindi for my fellow northerners... it starts off in Sanskrit, Hindi can be heard from half a minute in... very beautiful lyrics 😍

Since Prahlada's story is not that long, a serial would drag it unnecessarily, whereas Ramayan and Shri Krishna are too long for movies, so they are best seen in serials. Really love what the director did with this movie.👏

Lol I meant to mention in that post itself, they're before Muni Katha Sunaate since the Prahlad story comes before Ramayan... earilies lyrics we have, I should do more from those first 3-4 epis I guess... will edit a pic update into this post in 20-25 minutes, after I eat - be on 😛

Hey Lola,

Here is the Telugu version of the 'Om Namo Narayanaya' song from Bhakta Prahlada....is it just me, or are the kids different?😕 Between the songs you and I posted, they seem different, but in the end scene vids, they look the same...am confused. Also, setting in this song looks different.

Just saw it Lali... I think the one I posted is just over-brightened, that's why he looks different.... I think 😳 And I'm pretty sure he was bilingual, cuz he sounds exactly the same in both vids and the Hindi's got a faint South accent... he is super talented either way 👏 And thanks for sharing the other one too, really sad but inspiring... love it 👏 This and SK kind of went different ways with the attempts on Prahlaad's life - here it's kind of empowering, he walks on water and withstands the poison and all by his own virtue. In SK the show Shri Hari actually intervening, like he comes and catches him when they push him off the cliff into the water. Essentially the same idea, both are done really beautifully 😍
