I have done pelvic thrusts - they made us do during frosh week & I was literally so embarrased to do but our team leaders made us do and say out loud 'oh I feel so good ohh'

Hey it was embarrasing I didn't know anyone either so among strangers in groups out in the open field they would make us do the thrust and chant at various times during the 3 day orientation

haha! I feel so bad for you.🤣🤣 For my orientation..all we had to do was yell 'let's get ready to rumble'.🤣🤣 and jump around.🤣
