Today's MJHT was truly a joke. With the new characters and all. The scene that stood out. The scene started, I think when some babe named as Ria walked in her stilettos with Dia's BG music. I must say that after watching her, my respect for Naveena grew tenfold. She could carry off the hot babe look with just the right amount of attitude and panache. She catwalks into the college only to see people disappearing from the corridors because her brother, another new guy named Rohan, has issued pamphlets to people to stay away from her. *rolls eyes* Ria runs into Nirbhay, a serious looking guy like Mayank who is afraid of no-one ... *clucks tongue* Nirbhay and Ria have a bad version of Mayank-Nupur like show down, only to find that they are in the same class. Any prizes for guessing that? Ria and Nirbhay have another show down in the class because, supposedly there is only one seat in the class and two students. Both are arguing when the nosy Rohan, with a cheap leather jacket walks in with a feigned attitude - ALL IN FRONT OF A PROFESSOR in class and threatens Nirbhay. There is an argument of sorts where Nirbhay argues that he has won this seat through distinction and Rohan argues that his father has bought this seat ... LOL. Couldn't they have figured that out during admissions? In walks our trustee hero who courts death at night ... and tells Rohan to get out of the class. He then commands Nirbhay and Ria to come along with him - when both Nirbhay and Ria plead their case. Mr. Bootiful expressions tries to tell Nirbhay that he's already given the seat to Ria, when MJHT's second hero, who specializes in card board cut outs walks in with a purpose to fight for the rights of the ishtudents of A-xel...only to be told by Mr. Trustee that an outsider cannot speak up, to which the latter proudly brandishes an offer letter from A-xel college to join as a Professor. Mr. Trustee and Mr. Professor have an extended eyelock ... Mr. Professor is curtly told by Mr. Trustee that the seat is already sold off to the highest bidder. Mr. Professor challenges Mr. Trustee's decision and declares a competition that will resolve the problem ... puhleez give me a break! How can a mere Professor overturn a Trustee's decision? But then again, logic and MJHT are two separate things ... Anyhoo, Mr. Trustee agrees and shakes hand with Mr. Professor with his bootiful expressions and Mr. Professor couldn't care less.
The highlight: Nirbhay is bribing a watchman to stay in the college for the night as he has no other place to spend the night. Ria, the brainless chic saunters in to search for her ring, only to see Nirbhay there in the college at night. They get into a bickering mode when Mr. Professor fondly remembers his early days with Nupur. (Flashback is the part I liked the most, because it had Mayank and Nupur's cute nok jhok from early days) Mr. Professor finds Ria's ring in a flash, after delivering some yawn-worthy dialogue ... and tells Nirbhay that during his time, staying in the college was free, flashback Mayank-Nupur suhaag raat in college. Gawd ... at this point, I am totally sleepy 🥱
