Awww, thanks. 😃😃 But I do feel kinda bad, because I did miss out on some of the posts, because I kinda did not connect to them (and they were sorta on the book). 😳😳

Yes, I figured we'd do that, before the mods start to threaten closing down our CC. I don't think we are allowed to have too many unfinished CC's, and judging by how nobody seems to want to go back to the previous ones, I don't see how we'll finish them off. 😉 Of course, Mohit ji can use his 'administrative aversion' tactic to make us finish them. 😉😆😆

The books are nice but they remain kids books till the end..I don't think many grownups would be interested😉

I have a question guys..Why is it that most of the fantasy books(exception :His dark materials)have male protagonists.(they get to do all the cool things😡)
Check the list
HP series
Artemis fowl
Percy jackson
Bartimaeus trilogy series
Shannara series
LOTR
Fablehaven: at least has a girl and a boy
Nicholas Flamel:Agai n girl and a boy but the boys aura is stronger
Horowitz anthony books
The female is just a side kick or love interest
....granted she has powers but the story isn't built around her.
I have a friend who is writing her own fantasy novel and when I put this question to her ..she said it is because young girls/ women are the demographic these books target.They are the ones interested in this genre.

Like to know your thoughts
