In my school there arestrike every month(2/3) and during this day teacher usually didn't say if they will come to school or not.

So there are problems for students and dean ecc...

@Parm ... oh that was bad .... it happened here once ..... the first day back to school after hols and we found there was a strike by teachers ... created alot of problems for the students ... a month before this there ws also this strike by the colg peons ... gardeners... security guyz ... janitors ... the hostel cook ... all went on strike ... the class rooms were locked .... in the hostel the wardens and some of the students ahd to cook the lunch themselves

the peon strike was over in like a couple of hrs so classes were not disrupted ...with the teachers strike ... we didnt go to colg for a like a week
