I am in the US too, having moved around 6 times actually 7 times ,I have stopped buying books.Packing and unpacking is such a pain.
I still have my books in boxes.
And I love hard copies too,but I like to carry my books wherever I go, and hard copies are just not convenient ..plus I couldn't read them at workπ.
So I have decide I will only buy book s, when I have a library of my own and a home of my own..
So for now I go for audio books and ebooks.
I think all of us go through the zodiac phase.
I have read Linda goodman's books and cheiro's books on palmistry and numerology and used to lap up everything Bejan wrote π³
I think all the good astrologers have died out or are in remote places in the world.
Did your research help you?
True about the packing/unpacking. Still, e-books just don't hold my attention the same way. However, they are convenient, no doubts about that. π
ππ Well, the only way that they helped me in was to blame my character faults on my zodiac sign. πππ
Nitz ji, welcome to the Reading Group. Hope you are having fun here. I'm looking forward to your analyses on the books. Himmat hai aap ki, you are going to be reading all the books. ππ I told Mohit ji strictly before I joined, that I can't make committments to read, but I couldn't stay away from the wonderful company, so here I am. ππ
I love that picture Ekta ji posted. Well, we do have three votes for teen pyali chai. If Nitz ji decides to cast her vote, then we'll have a tie. But it would be unfair to those who have already started reading. RW ji has already started with the discussions, I see. It seems too dark for my taste, though, so I might not read this one either. Though, the use of expletives would have put me off it anyways, despite it being a good book.

Smita ji, congratulations on becoming a Goldie. I noticed it before I read Mohit ji's post because we seem to be sharing the 'colour'. Though, I don't like it much and can't wait to become a Dazzler.

π It seems we'll reach there sooner, now that we have this wonderful CC as an excuse. Though, most of my posts will be irrelevant, but as long as they help me increase my post count, it's all good. ππππ
Mohit ji, the poem you posted about Goldilocks had me in splits. I never looked at Goldilocks the same way before. ππ
