Oh thank god I'm not the only one who doesn't see a lot of depth to Rohan and Isha's relationship. They never get to talk about stuff beyond their cases or work related stuff. Three episodes have aired so far and I haven't been able to see a proper bond between them. The writers should have started their "friendship" from scratch instead of showing that they knew each other before the first episode.

And I think some flashbacks are needed to show how these two became business partners in the first place.

Sarah, they didn't even necessarily need to start the friendship from scratch....a bond is a bond...it can be shown from any point but it's DEPTH needs to be shown properly....if you watched Bones from the beginning, you'd know what I mean....even in the first epi when BnB are at loggerheads....it wasn't their first meeting....they never showed that...but the way they showed their interactions, it had depth, there was history that intrigued you....all these things.

I'm being patient and hoping this show will pick up more but honestly today was a golden opportunity to show some of Rohan-Isha's history and we got ZIP....NADA! lol

I'm not even saying I want them to fall in LOWE blah blah...but I really wish their friendship had some depth to it....all they do is bicker over superfluous stuff :S lol

Nobody is here to pick up your call, please leave a message after the beep.

Hello,
This is Mitsy calling from Rome. I am having a great time here. I am finally on my own. I wake up and sleep whenever I want to. The monuments here are literary breath taking. I have kept up with my LNMDJ written updates, Mahi Way (loved it!) and the DiD performance that Anu posted. Will watch R.com and the rest of DiD when I get a chance. I LOVE Farhan and he looks so cute in KCK's Hey Ya song!!! 😳.
I miss you all.
Will stop by later sometime.
Byee!
OH! Congratulations on our 50th peeeooplleeee....!

Aww Mitsy, enjoy your vacation.

@Anu, Sarah: I was not exactly impressed by yesterday's R.com episode either - I am kind of thankful that Rohan's issue with Mahi way's Ishaan guy had nothing to do with Isha. Yesterday's episode was more of a "boys will be boys" type. I liked the fact that Isha values Rohan's opinion and thinks of it as unethical to leave him out no matter what her clients demand, Rohan also trusts Isha's judgment and believed that she showed the right kind of girl to his rival so I wouldn't exactly say that there is no depth to their relationship, IMO those two were significant moments in yesterday's episode. But yes we do demand to see more depth to their relationship & of course, their history n how they've come to become business partners eventually. Like Anu pointed out , instead of just staring at Isha, drunk Rohan could have have told her how much he admires the way she puts her heart into finding the one for every one, sometimes neglecting her own needs. Since he knew about Isha's date (that scene was cute btw, I really liked it) , he could have offered to settle the thing on his own and pushed her to live a bit for herself - something like that would have been sweet. One other aspect which I liked about the episode was the case, it was interesting to see these guys at R.com are into serious matrimonial business and actually CARE whether their clients are married or not, they don't just fix up people to date, I liked that makers give equal importance to Rohan-Isha's business as well and that it is not being used as a setting merely. Yes, Huzaifa was awesome as usual and so was Ruchika , however I admit something was missing in this episode & I did not like it as much as I liked the previous two episodes.

Mitsyyyyyyyy! *hugs* Aww I'm so glad you're having a great time in Rome! Dude, you are so lucky! I wish I could go to Rome too *sigh*

Do drop in more often whenever you can! :-)

@Kavya: The points you pointed out were good moments no doubt but I feel they were tooooooooooooooo vague at this point....Like I said, the fact that they are good business partners is more than evident....I'm talking of FRIENDSHIP...do they EVER talk or bicker over anything OTHER than their business??? Yes, it's nice that they genuinely care about their clients and want to help them....but much more can also be shown....dude, I'm not comparing to BnB but that would be an EXCELLENT example of balancing a working relationship ALONG with a great bonding.

Zainuuuuuuuuuuuuu! *squishy hugs*

@Anu: I get your point- in one of the previous episodes, when Isha looked unhappy with her Dad's girlfriend thing on her mind, it was sweet of Rohan to have immediately sensed something was wrong with her and ask her what happened, we all would like to see more of such scenes and interactions. I am thinking we will get to see such scenes in the future (going by the extended promos), the makers may be trying to establish the setting and all the characters first, before they start with Rohan-Isha's bonding . I just feel they need some time before they can balance out both bonding and working dynamics.

@ Anu: I'm not saying that they had to start the first episode with the characters' individual introductions, their first meeting, etc. But a few flashbacks amidst the office stuff would've been nice in the pilot episode. It would have given their friendship a proper foundation. Or I guess I'm just used to seeing every TV couple's love story starting from the initial stage where the characters meet for the first time and what not.

I don't follow Bones but I'm sure they must have mentioned BnB's history in detail at some point. Or given a few hints that intrigued the viewers. Right?

@ Kavya: True, those moments that you mentioned did show Rohan and Isha's faith in one another. And him asking about her father was something unrelated to work. But they need to incorporate more of such moments in the story. Sometimes they show completely random stuff (like Rohan's toothache) which leads nowhere. They can easily utilize that time to build up on the Roshan-Isha relationship and give us more insight on their existing bond. As of now I don't see a lot of depth, but hopefully it'll grow with time. Only three episodes have aired after all. Like you said, maybe the writers want to establish the work environment first and then start with the couple's bonding.

I totally agree on how they show that these people care about their clients' feelings and their future, and aren't just hell bent on making money for their company.

@ Mitsy: Wow, you're in Rome? That's awesome! I'd love to visit that place someday. Glad to know you're having a great time there! :D

@ Zainu - Hey! You still here?

LMFAO! MJHT is so full of b.s that it's not even funny. Apparently today, to delay the pheras Nupur deliberately burned a hole in her shaadi ka joda. But Bui told Nupur to wear her mother's shaadi ka joda instead. So the plan failed anyway. Insert LOTS of panicking, crying and group hugging.

Mayank, Samrat, Uday and Benji snuck into Adhiraj's room while he was about to get ready for the wedding. They tried to make him understand and in the process, Uday pushed him. He hit his head somewhere and fell unconscious. So the guys decided that Mappu would put on his sherwani and sehra. Then Samrat and Uday helped him get up on the horse. 🤣

The episode ended with someone asking the groom to take off his sehra so that they could take some pictures.
