Anu, these are just lines here.....just watch his expressions😆. He is so self-pleased.

Anyway, so he refuses to wear sherwani when his mom asks to, but then he overhears Prateeksha talking to Prashant over the phone, asking him to come to the puja and wear a kurta, since traditional clothes looks good in puja. Shashank has such and "oh God...he will come here too?" look when he realises Prateeksha is inviting Prashant over to the puja.

Shashank comes wearing sherwani and asks Prateeksha how he is looking. He keeps on boasting how he looks good in everything, and says that he strongly believes that in such occasions, traditional clothes should be worn...lol. Prateeksha compliments him by saying that he is looking good and there goes Shashank boasting about his looks....hahaha.

Shashank's mom is blind enough to buy such slim fitting outfit for Sumo, Sumo cannot fit into it and the ladies asks Prateeksha to wear it. Then happens the dori scene. It was okay-ish. Shashank wasn't looking at her back with lust bhari nazrein like other guys. On the contrary he was tying the dori with much concentration, as though he was solving some math problem. As Prateeksha turns to face him, Shashank looks as if he is a kid who has been caught cheating in exam😳. He explains and apologizes in a completely flat tone.....he is too nervous and all.

Everyone is in the puja, Prateeksha comes and Shashank is awe-struck by her. Just then phattu walks in and Shashank looks away. Anyway, they start the puja. Araina's dad comes and see Prateeksa....he is shocked😆

Ok, that's what I mainly wanted to hear....that his expressions in the dori-scene were what saved it from becoming crap....phew....now I can happily watch the rest....I'd read that in the mini-update in the forum.....seems like plenty of Shashank and PS cuteness.....yay! Me is happy! lol

Girls .... your excitement is so infectious .... I watched all the PraSha clips uploaded thusfar and needless to say enjoyed them. Let's just say that I might start watching this serial soon ... :-)

Edit: I don't know why, but I can't place Shashank. I feel like I've seen him before, like in some movie.

I wouldn't call the dori scene natural, since the entire concept is faltu😆. But Shashank's hand movement, his facial expression all these flowed pretty freely and convincingly. You know, how those nalayak heroes opens and closes their hands, moves them forward and takes them back to show their hesitation and practically trying to tell us that they are decent....well Shashank didn't do that. He took the hands slowly, but didn't do any drama with them. He started tying it with the sole intention of accomplishing the task without touching her back, I guess....lol. Yes, he did look weirdly at her initially when she called out for suhani to tie the dori, but that was it. There wasn't any more "oohh I may never get the opportunity to see a girls back again so jee bhar ke dekh lu".

There were four PS scene actually. Two had verbal communication (dori scene, how am I looking scene), two other had non-verbal (overhearing P talking to phattu, looking at her when she came wearing lehenga). Otherwise PS were around each other today.......but not really communicating in any way

Vivan was in Chak De India, as that Preity or someones fiance. He was playing the role of a popular cricket player I guess.

Aww LadyM, you saw their scenes?? Glad to know you're enjoying them! :-) Yeah, like Mels said.....Vivan was in CDI as the boyfriend of one of the girls....he's also done a bunch of music vids etc. I think....he's done some TV shows before this too!
