OK, I think the cops are chasing him because he is speeding and from what I understand he's priasing his car and how no one can get to him and his girl? I don't know. It's so mysterious. He aint no thief and all so he's definitely not using that storyline. Plus amplifier relates to cars, rightttttttt?

yeah and woofer are speakers arent they ? i think the song is about him speeding around/ taking a cruise with his girl and managing to outrun the policee
