^LOL please that would be hilarious to watch. LAK is not my favorite movie at all, but atleast Imtiaz picturized the song with some class. Seriously when will the fans realize that songs will NOT solve the underlying problems regarding MJHT. Gosh, if the creatives do take into consideration all the song-requests, then MJHT will turn into a proper musical, by god!

Sonia, I don't get the fuss about songs either. You brought up an interesting point in terms of K-shows! As much as I dislike Ekta - Balaji shows were very consistent in terms of songs. Each couple had a song associated with them, and it suited the couple.

With MJHT, if today it is Khabar Nahin, then tomorrow it will be Dooriyan. Also, we have people walking around with the moon in songs at times, and more than the romantic affect - the whole scene starts to appear cartoon-ish. They are extremely inconsistent with songs, the stage is pretty bad, and costumes are even more dreadful. On the other hand, Balaji shows have always had a perfect stage, songs were consistent, and costumes were pretty decent.

Wow. I can't believe I wrote an entire post praising a K-show. Oh well. I guess after watching MJHT I can praise any show on the planet.

You know oddly enough the same thoughts went through my head... While K-soaps annoy me a lot on the story/screenplay level, I can't complain about their production values.... I mean, compared to THIS and DMG and LNMDJ, I've suddenly just started appreciating the production values in K-soaps... Granted prolly not the best, but infinitely better and far far more tolerable than anyting we get to see on the MJHT/DMG/LNMDJ brand of shows.

@GG: Kekta is a bigger producer than these ppl...that's why her shows have better production values.....and the OTTness of her shows aside....atleast the music used is always good.

I agree with you! Star One is just terrible now, and I think when it was not so popular the line up of shows were much better.
