I never thought Nicole Kidman was beautiful. She was always too pasty for my taste, and a little on the invisble side.
Well, I think Aussies have a thing for it, sun protection and not getting tan. But you know being pasty is the in thing with hipsters. I like the same bands as them, but man are they a pain to be around. But she looked quite gorgeous during her 'To Die For' and 'Eyes Wide Shut' days. Too bad she's plastic now. My dermatologist said that Nikki was a textbook example of someone who uses way too much botox.
I was bitter when she won an Oscar for The Hours, mainly because I think that Julianne Moore gave one of the best performances of the decade for Far From Heaven that year, and lost out. But I really enjoyed Kidman in Dogville and The Others.
Agreed, I love Dogville. I dragged my friends to The Hours instead of a romcom. They hated me, but then they were also young and they didn't want to see a serious movie.Also, it's sort of funny but when Cruise and Kidman divorced, that same year, ON THE DAY THAT THEIR DIVORCE WAS BEING FINALIZED, Kidman had to attend the premier of The OThers, a film TOM CRUISE PRODUCED. 😆 It was the most awkward red carpet event in the history, and they had to work hard to coordinate the red carpet arrivals to make sure that the two didn't run into each other.
Haha, I remember that.Oh, and how can we forget when he was nominated for a Golden Globe for The LAst Samurai, and Nicole Kidman was presenting the Award for Best Actor. 😆 She was sweating bullets, and she was so apprehensive while announcing his name for the nomination. She was wiping her sweaty palms on her dress, and right before she opened the envelope, she looked like she was going to pass out. She probably breathed a sigh of relief when she realized Sean Penn won, but I really wanted TC to win just to see the awkward exchange between them. 😆
As for Angelina Jolie, she comes across as a great person and she's a great actress. Whatever happened between her and Brad Pitt is their business, and only those two really know what happened. Though, I did read in an interview that Brad Pitt had gone into a deep depression and hit the end of the wall, when he discovered Angie. I don't think he cheated, but it seems that J. Aniston is still pretty sour about the whole thing. She keeps taking digs at Angie and how she's adopted the whole world.
Exactly, live and let live. I think they broke up and did agree to separate. But then it sucks that she is asked about it every darn interview and she is made into America's sweetheart. All of her friends have actually admitted that they were broken up and separated. But then I don't know that seems to be a constant, unfortunately. Julia Roberts apparently hates Angie though because Danny Motor saw them fall in love on Mr. and Mrs. Smith and told her about it. Then, who knows? I have always felt Jules was overrated. She said she could have done Angie's role in A Mighty Heart better, which I doubt.Lastly, I just want to post this, because I find this cute. I PROMISE, I WON'T TALK ABOUT TC FOR THE NEXT 10 CC'S AFTER THIS. 😆 Princess Diana was in love with TC and came to the US to meet him:
