thank u😊 i didnt even read it twice!

noo what article is this about GG?

we all have different opinions... one might like a movie and another might hate it..a professional reviewer must take all perspectives into consideration..or he is not fit for his job!😊

exactly kully...

the west was enamoured with the slum life and still SM had mixed reviews..In India except fr a few NGOs it had a uninamously top rating which was ridiculous!!

Yep, very true!

This is what he said.

"Something about Rang De Basanti's success made everyone from the outside think that everyone who was in the film was brilliant. Guys, it's just a film. The hype became so fanatic that it became unintelligant to dislike Rang de... If you didn't like it you were labelled as someone with appalling taste and no patriotism whatsoever. What nonesense. If films don't encourage free opinion, what's the use? It's not the filmmaker's fault, This is what happened to the audience.
And it happened more recently with Taare Zameen Par. If you didn't enjoy the film either you didn't have a mother or you were from some alien planet. Why do we have to get so angsty? I guess the biggest problem that we only sporadically make good films. Most of the times we are struggling to do it."

I don't love Abhay, but thought that was a really nice picture. :P

Have fun, Sonia!

GG, Foxy wanted to do it really late night... and can't miss today's episode because of what the precap showed yesterday (don't want to ruin it for you in case you didn't see the episode).

I ended up watching SM around the first week of January, so I liked it, and I watched it without reading any reviews, so ended up watching it with extremely low expectations. But, yes, I would have to agree that due to west "liking" for the movie; it does not necessarily mean it is the "best movie". Every movie has its own share of drawbacks, and with SM there were quite a few. Despite liking it, I still believe it was ridiculously over hyped, and there should have been a few "real" reviews, rather than sticking to the whole, since everyone in the west liked it, let us stick to the "positive" aspect.

Thanks! I see, so it will be late at night. Should be fun. Yes, I haven't seen yesterday's episode yet. Element of surprise.

probably the same with New York as roxxy pointed out! it was made on a sensitive topic and hence it MUST be good!

while I agree RDB was a good film..people must be able to express their opinions in a negative fashion too!

When Aamir reviewed black and he said the acting was over the TOP, AB Sr acted haughty and said it went over the top of his head..implying it wassilly..

AAmir rated slumdog pretty low..LOL....

Im unableto understand this herd mentality!

TZP was a tear jerker...it made me cry! but some felt it was farcity at its heights! they are entitled to theirs as we are entitled to ours!

WHy should we be rated on a scale of intelligence based on our likes and dislikes is a big mystery!
