the dude was telling me while I have warranty, the condition is very similar to one caused by accident... and I dont ahve accidental warranty..but i have hardware warranty *scratches head*

whatever.. He says I have to return my laptop to dell for analysis for a week! till they repair it to their satisfactiona nd rip me off my money!
