It is so easy!! just go to any online convertor

eg:// http://media-convert.com/

then convert it to .mov format

after jus download it and open it up in Photoshop/PSP whatever and then go to Animation

Then go to file>>import>>video frames into layers - click that

Then limit to every 2 frames like this

Click ok and you'll get something like this

file >Save for web and device> then instead of JPEG you have to select GIF....and ur done

Btw Unnati taught me how to do this! she is SO kind! The tutorial is so confsuing lollzzz but this is not the real one...I'll give you a clear one tommorow
