The Symantect tool might work better in computers which are running Symantec's AntiVirus software (eg. my computers). There could be be conflicts if some other AntiVirus program from a rival company is running. I'm not sure about this one though.

yeah, im doing everything the micosoft website says, so hopefully i'l be good.....rox anyone can get it.....i have nothing to lose off of my comps....just homework, pics, music, the usual...my mom has always hated paying bills and doing stuff with her credit card on the comp, so she didnt...now she laughs at the people who really have stuff to be scared of.
