While Gaurav asked Heer to go to doc, heer made a silliest reply which this world can bestow.............and which made Meher, the airhead, guess that Heer is pregnant.

Moreover, Gayatri looked like she has been newly trained by Heer as to how to act. Harman was as expressionless as ever. The best part was Lallu dancing at the news of becoming grandpa
