i liked atuls over the top comedy.

Neha, everyday?! You're going to get bald REALLY fast. You shouldn't be heating your hair more than twice a week (even that's dangerous)! That's STEP number one. Also, you should be using a protective spray to protect your hair from heat damage prior to using the straightening iron. CHI has pretty good products.

Do you, by any chance, straighten your hair when it's still damp? I don't know, you really can't do anything about split ends if you're torturing your hair everyday. Here's something else I read on treating split ends:
