_Part - 2_
Suddenly he sees a petite figure sitting on her scooty, its a secluded area and hardly any human lives here, only barren land... After a while he recognized the girl, its HER... He stopped the car where she is sitting and called her...
"hey..." But she didn't heard it... She is lost in her own world...
He again called her... But no response, he came out of the car and goes very close to her from behind...
He touched her shoulder to gain her attention...
Taani's shivered in fear, sensing a touch... Horror swept across her features, sweat beads started to form on her forehead... She immediately shrugged off the hand which rested on her shoulder till now and turned to look at the person...
Rey frowned when she shrugged his hands off... As she turned around, breath got hitched in Rey's throat watching her awful condition...
Messy hairs, smudged kohl and lipstick on her face... Tears soaked red cheeks... Wait! Red ... Omg her cheek has a hand imprint on it... She is shivering and trembling badly...
Anger bubbled up within him... His breathing became irregular and heartbeats picked up their rates seeing her distraughted condition... His whole form is shaking violently in sheer anger... But its not the time to ooze out his anger... He has to take care of the innocent doll standing in front of him...
Rey took a step forward to hold her... Immediately as a reaction to his actions, Taani took a step backwards... He got confused...
Though she loves to annoy him, he shouted her at many times but this touch thing is never a problem for them... They are comfortable with their proximity then what happened to her???
But his eyes widened when, the cloth that she had wrapped around her torso till now as a shawl, fell down... Her hands are bruised with nail marks, neck has teeth imprints, even some places were bleeding lightly... Her short one piece which just reached up to her knees are not helping her either...
Rey's fists got clenched and jaw tightened up... His anger has increased to unimaginable levels... His eyes scorched with hot angry tears, when only watching her gave him unbearable pain, then what she must have gone through??? His soul shivered at even thought of it...
Now he grabbed her by shoulder
"Who has done this Taani???" he asked in a murderous low tone...
She trembled and nodded in a slight no biting her lower lip... So that the sob which is threatening to leave doesn't come out in front of him...
Rey's nostrils flared up in anger, he clutched her more tightly...
"say it!!" he shouted...
Now taani's frustration grew up, she too matched him
"kyu?? Apko kya farak padta hai??"
Rey shut his red eyes to prevent her from his anger...
"Taani!!"
Now she has it enough...
"What Rey?? (Rey's eyes widened as for the first time she has called him Rey rather than sir)
She continues...
"kya haan?? Aap chahte kya ho?? Kyu farak padta hai aapko??? Whatever happens to me is non of your business!!! Kya hu mai aapki... Kya rishta hai mera aapke saath?? Just leave me alone...please..." she completed her sentence on a helpless note...
Rey now lost his cool alone with his control...
"Shut up taani!! Just shut up!!" he said in a sharp tone...
But Taani was nowhere to be stopped...
"kyu chup rahu?? Aap ko samjh nhi aata.." her words left hanging in air, as he pulled her in a bear hug... Taani protested hard so that he left her but he is adamant... He just tightened his grip on her, when after long protest every single drop of energy got drained from her body... She gave up into him... And clutches his shirt in a tight grip...
"Tumhe chahta hu... Farak padta hai taani.. Tumhari har baat se farak padta hai..." He said softly...
Taani just let out her worries...
"and kya lagti ho tum meri?? You are Reyaansh Singhania's most precious possession... And nobody dares to look at my possesssions let alone touching... And whoever has done this... (He said while parting away from her and held her lightly through arms) he will gonna pay for this because he had dared to touch MY GIRL with his filthy hands... and Mark my words taani... he is gonna pay a heavy price for this..."
Taani looks at him at MY GIRL... Yes yes!!! He has confessed that he has feelings for her... She too thumped her head over there where his heart exists...
After sometime he again asked "taani kon tha vo??"
Taani tightly closed her eyes and said in a low, feeble and broken voice...
"Sh..Shi...shivam..."
(Shivam is Taani's batch mate)
And end up hugging him as tightly as a human can, while broking into fresh round of sobs...
Flashback ends.
That day was the starting of 'their' new journey , not as Taani or Rey but as Taarey...
They never said 'I love you' to each other... Coz they know what they have for each other, its depth can't be described in just a 'I love you'... Its much more than that...
He smashed the vase that is kept at a small table near window, where he is standing...
He took out his mobile phone and opened the gallery icon... Looks at a picture with utter disgust which is sent to him by a private number...
It's a pic of Taani kissing a guy's cheek... Firstly he shrugged it off but some more pics came... In one taani is hugging him, in other holding his hand... He felt a rush of fury ran throughout his body...

Its midnight now...
Taani opened her swollen red eyes, she slept on floor while crying... She rubbed her eyes to shoo away the sleeping blues...
She glanced at watch it shows 2:30...
"who could have been this time???" Taani thought...
She goes near door and peeked from the door hole... Taani immediately opened the door seeing him...
He was high... As soon as door got opened, Rey stumbled on taani... While Taani had a hard time controlling his whole weight...
"Rey..." She shouted...
While Rey is not in his senses today... Alcohol and empty appetite has taken a toll over him...
Next moment Taani got pinned to wall...
