Chapter 19

TaaRey are about to kiss when Taani whispers to Rey quietly ,"Rey don't you think someone is standing beside us?"

Rey looks across him and suddenly he held a frightened expression. He saw Swayam leaning in on Sharon to kiss her. He looks at Taani and she held the same scared look!

"Uhhmm!" Taani cleared her throat before things could go out of control. "Bhai ,sharon? Kya ho raha hai?" she asked trying to hide her giggles.

"Bhai apki performance." Taani reminded smiling pointing to a direction where the performance was about to happen.

Sharon didn't stop blushing at all from the moment ,taani had caught them red-handed. Swayam started to go with a fake smile plastered on his face.

"Bhai!" Taani stopped him and went ahead to hug him tight. Rey and Sharon looked on at the duo as a smile lit up on Swayam's face.

"All the best bhai. I will be there to support you but please talk to Sharon before that." she whispered the last part.

She started to go holding Rey's hand when she came back and said to SwaRon ,"I don't want our college to lose in 2 categories." she winked at both of them.

After taani left Sharon said ,"Your sister is very smart haan." she appreciated and Swayam smiled wide and pulled up his imaginary collar.

Sharon went ahead and kissed him on his cheeks while he stood stunned and looked at her. She looked around carefree and shrugged at his expression of shock.

He cupped her face and kissed her forehead as she closed her eyes taking in his sense of protection suddenly sure she was going to win this dance camp.

"Rock your performance. Don't forget Sharon raiprakash never loses!" he reminded her still holding her face ,a smile stuck on both their faces.

"And as much as Swayam Shekhawat wants ,he just can't lose ,you always win. Just how you won me?" she says staring deep into his eyes lovingly.

"Aisa kaise ho sakta hai that you don't fall for a loverboy like me?" he winked at her and she smacked his arms hugging him finally.

"Taani ne inspiration lene ko kaha ,not to stand here and performance gets over Swayam!" Sharon reminded while still in the hug.

They stayed like that for some while before departing to their respective battles. They both had the confidence to win in them now.

"Taani this isn't fair yaar!" Rey cribbed on the other side holding her hand and pulling her closer to him as they were walking to Swayam's camp.

"What Rey? Everyone's seeing us ,leave me. You have your battle in sometime na? I'll wish you then!" Taani tried to reason with him.

He shook his head like a teddy-bear and taani had an urge to pull his cheeks but before that Rey moved back faking anger and she knew just how to calm him down.

"Aww is my baby angry? Agar main aapko kuch dun tab bhi aap gussa rahoge?" she asked in a cute manner when Rey turned around and hugged her tight.

"Why can I never be angry on you?" he questioned and she chucked. She took out a photo-frame from her bag and showed it to him.

He was surprised seeing her holding that photograph."Taani ye toh?" he asked in a tone of surprise and she nodded her head.

It was the photo of him when he had danced the first time and his dad had kept it with him. He hugged her again and pecked her forehead.

"Dad mile tumse?" asked Rey and she nodded her head. He smiled at the memory and they both reached the venue where the freestyle competition was about to start.

Swayam was on the stage and they both passed thumbs-up to him. Taani turned to Rey and in a soft tone said ,"I think aapko Sharon ke paas jana chahiye."

She thought he will protest and fight but he just nodded his head and asked her to take care of herself in car Kiya decides to attack her.

"Promise me you will meet me at my performance venue in 20 minutes." he asked seriously and she nodded her head.

As soon as Rey left ,Swayam took his position to perform and Taani's phone ringed with KD's name flashing on it.

She went outside to receive it and Swayam got concerned seeing her disappear. The song started for him to perform.

Har pal meriyaan yadaan

Yadaan vich ae tun

Dil di gal main dassa

Te dassa fir kinnu

He started dancing the starting steps but couldn't concentrate seeing she hadn't returned yet. He left the dance venue leaving everyone shocked.

Swayam moved out trying to search for taani but in vain. She had suddenly vanished in thin air ,his feet pushed on a cellphone and he realised it was hers.

Panic began bubbling up inside him and after 15 minutes of search also he couldn't find her and the phone rang with Rey's name flashing.

He decided not to pick it up at the start but as it is he wasn't able to handle himself so he picked it up and frantically started talking to Rey.

"Taani kahan ho?" the voice came but was interrupted by Swayam's restlessness translating in his voice.

"Rey taani gayab hai." he informed him in a low tone knowing how much Rey will be disturbed. Reh cut the call at once asking Swayam where he was and in a moment he was standing ahead of him.

"I will kill kiya agar meri taani ko kuch hua." Rey said and both anger and fear was visible in his voice. He turned to look at a disturbed swayam.

Rey hugged him and they both realized how much scared the other one was. They rushed to the end of the cliff and started searching when taani's cellphone beeped with a message.

'Turn around!!' the message read and on a reflex they turned seeing KD standing beside Kiya with Taani opposite to them.

"Taani!!" Rey's strong voice reached to the ears of all three and Kiya looked at KD to do something about the two of them..

"Kiya leave my Taani alone. Deal with me!" Rey roared across the field. Swayam patted his shoulder in order to calm him down.

"No kiya it's all my fault. Just let both Rey and Taani go and I promise I'll be all yours to kill or torture." Swayam said in a straight tone.

"Wow now this is what I call true love ,friendship!" Kiya said clapping her hands. KD turned his face away and started to go towards Taani.

"Sadly tum kabhi friendship ka matlab nahi samajh paayi." Taani said in a low tone as KD reached to her.

"Tum. Tumne bhi hume dhokha diya? Taani ne tumhe trust kiya tha KD!" Rey said looking at him with disgust written all over his face.

"Haan nahi pta hume friendship ka matlab. But pyaar ka pta hai."Kiya replied shouting her lungs out. Swayam let out a dry laugh.

"Pyaar matlab dena ,haasil karna nahi!" he explained. Kiya , KD , Taani and Swayam all went in flashback of their school days.

"What is love? anyone??" the teacher asked and Kiya's hand shot up in the air.

"Pyaar matlab dena ,haasil karna nahi" she replied and got a huge round of applause.

Kiya faltered in her reslove but the next second taani was pushed down by Kiya off the cliff.

They hadn't realized when she had reached near Taani. Rey and Swayam rushed to save her only to see KD had held Taani's hand and prevented her from falling.

Kiya herself was startled seeing KD helping Taani. Rey and Swayam shared a look and then helped KD and started pulling Taani up.

Precap- "How dare you?" Rey asked holding Kiya and shaking her forcefully. KD looked on ,down the cliff and tears escaped his eyes.

The whole gang came running in to see Swayam on his knees and Rey shaking Kiya.
