"Eat properly; don't study till late night it's not good for health, aur apna khayal rakhe ga." Taani smile at her mother's instructions it never fail to amuse her how she put everyone before herself, she always admires her, she knows it must be very difficult for her to take permission from her father for her staying at Mia's place specially after morning incident, for some people it was not a big deal but she knows how angry her father must be upon her for wearing a simple track suit and going out in it and most of all answering him back, and how he must have taunted her mother for that. She sometimes wishes for her mother to be a little bit selfish, but sadly word like selfish doesn't exist for her.

She was brought back to reality by Mia's giggling; Taani gave her a questioning look.

"Sorry I didn't mean to disturb this emotional scene, but seriously aunty you are talking as if we are going for a war, relax I m taking your daughter with me for one night only, tomorrow after exam I will drop your daughter home safely." Mia said trying to change the mood.

"You will not understand it now, I wouldn't be so worried if Asma(Mia's Mother) was here but she is also not here how you both will manage alone???" Zara (Taani's Mother) voiced out her worries. Asma Singhania was a very good friend of her, that's the reason she never worries for Taani to stay over Mia's place but she was in London now a days and that's why she was worried how both girls will manage.

"Chill Aunty Taani k sath mai hun aur mere sath Taani tou ham akele kaise hue???"

"Where is Jiya aapi???? I was thinking why not take her with us also" Taani suggested, she was thinking to take her as just like Mia her aapi also love watching movies so she thought if she would come with them, they both could company each other for movies then she would be able to finish the novel she was currently reading,

"She went to meet her friend, she said she will be late you go, waise bhi aap log kabse baaten kre jarahe hain driver bahar wait kr raha hoga." She said, Taani felt like her mother is hiding something but before she could ask Mia interrupt saying that they are getting late.

"Chalo Taani, Allah hafiz!!! Aunty dua'on mai yaad rakhe ga." She said to her, Taani also said goodbye to her mother.

"...so what do you think???" Mia stop talking when she realize Taani was lost. "Taani!!! I m asking you something????" She shook her.

"Woh..." Taani thought to go back inside and ask her mother if everything is fine but stop when she saw her father's car entering the gate. "Kuch nahi chalo." She thought ask her later. She wasn't in for another argument.

Currently they were studying in Mia's room. When Mia notice how quite Taani was.

"Taani kya baat hai I m noticing you are not at all concentrating????" Mia asked concern for her best friend she was observing her since they left her home.

"Nothing yaar just you know me na I always get lost in my thoughts, let's just finished this topic we have more to study." Taani said she didn't want to Mia worry when all she was feeling could be just her misunderstanding.

"Oh god yaar itna sab kuch kaise hoga, I m not getting a word of it." Mia start panicking. Taani rolled her eyes knowing now she will start her dramebazi.

"Why are you making it a big deal itna easy and small exam hai, and most of marks depends on our assignments throughout the semester." Taani remind her. "What!!! Why are starting me like you are going to kill me??????????"

"because, It is a big deal for me because I didn't submit any of my assignments forget about submitting I didn't make a single one." Mia shouted all her tension and nervousness comes out, she did planned to watch movies with her best friend, but it was also a fact that she have not prepared for exam and only person help her to pass it was Taani only as it was her favorite subject.

"Okay..." she trailed off not knowing what to say. She didn't react much because she knew this and that is why she already make and submitted assignments for her. But Mia didn't know this because she didn't attend any class and if she did then also never paid enough attention to know this.

It will be treat to watch her reaction when tomorrow she will come to know about it, Taani thought.

"here I m dying from stress and what reaction I get from my best friend just an okay what okay mai fail hojaongi"

"Do what were you doing whole six months chill, bunk classes and all, what you expect from me I warned you in start only that you should take 2 or 3 classes in a week but no you give me all stupid excuses. Now what can I do???" Taani also answered back in same tone, so what Mia is her best friend she never support something wrong she tried to make her understand it in start only, there are subjects she don't like but that doesn't mean she bunk their classes all the time and if she does also she made sure that she gets notes of it.

"I promise from next semester I will study hard will take all classes but please for now help me."

"good to know, because next semester is last before we graduate, and once that happen, I won't be able to help you as in masters we are choosing totally different fields." Taani reminded her since both chose different field she was studying media arts while Mia is fine arts student on graduation level both comes under the facility of arts, that's how they had few same classes but after graduation both fields are totally different.

"Why are you scaring me????? abhi six months haina baqi ki baat mai sochenge, for now help me in this quickly then we will have our movie night" she said in most innocent way.

Taani mentally slapped herself knowing her whole lecture gone waste at the end. "You are hopeless." Taani sighed. "Okay now we will start again in this chapter we are talking about..."

"No more studies yaar I m tired." Mia plead after hours of studying

"No we have to make assignments also" Taani remind her

"Looks like we won't be watching any movies tonight" Mia said sadly.

"That's what you got when you don't study at all, I know for a fact you won't be able get enough marks in tomorrow's exam so you have to make assignments to pass it" Taani said confidently.

"Haww don't you have any faith in your teaching skills" Mia said to her.

"For your information I have full faith in my abilities but I don't trust you, you weren't even listening what I was saying" Taani told her what she observed.

"That's not true, I was listening" she tried to defend herself but one look from Taani and she knew she get caught. "Okay I was not paying attention but can you blame me it was so boring"

"how about 15 minutes break, please don't say no I m hell tired" Mia plead. It was it, she knew that she won't be able to study more Taani also knew that so she granted her wish.

"I m hungry. I m going downstairs, I had ordered food which is going to get delivered anytime now" Mia said.

"Why you ordered, I can cook remember???? " Taani said as mostly she preferred to eat homemade food.

"oh god not again you know, it won't hurt your image if you eat something different so stop it and I ordered your favorite Mexican, so you won't be able to resist it" Mia smirked.

"I don't have a choice do i???" Taani murmured. As Mia said she can't resist Mexican and how can she waste food.
