PART 1
It was early in the morning when swayam got a call in his phone... He was already ready for office and picked it up...
"swayam... Singapore mein assignment checking hai... so you and taani have to go there..." swayam's dad had called him... Swayam agreed and went downstairs to find taani and his mom drinking tea sitting on the couch...
Empty spaces fill me up with holes...
distant faces with no place left to go...
"taani... hum dono ka Singapore jana parega..." Swayam told her... he looked at his mom who turned her face away...
"sorry...galat hai... hum dono ko nahi... mujhe aur apko jana parega..." taani snapped rudely at him and swayam without any further words went of the house...

swayam and taani were leaving home for the airport... Their mom hugged taani and bade her good bye but didn't even look at swayam for a second...
swayam was waiting near his car for taani opening the door of the backseat for her but taani walked towards another car which was standing behind them and sat there... Swayam closed his eyes feeling something break inside him... His sister n his mother were not ready to acknowledge his presence in their life... He sat in the car as the drivers drove them to the airport in different cars...

Swayam was seated in the flight and taani's seat was exactly beside him... swayam smiled thinking what taani would do now... he knew for sure she won't sit beside him... she would surely convince someone to switch her seat with that person... He smiled at his fate... And he was right... his sister exactly did what he thought she would do... he was now sitting beside a man in his late thirties instead of his sister who once was his life...

As the flight landed in singapore , swayam again knew taani won't be travelling with him... He didn't argue with her and sat in his car and asked the driver to take him to hotel...
Swayam had dozed off in the car when he suddenly felt the car screeched in the middle of the road with a jerk... He quickly opened his eyes and looked that a little girl was standing in front of the car with a ball in her hand and the driver has barely managed to save her applying the brakes in time... Swayam was horrified... he immediately came outside to check whether the girl was okay or not... He came in front of the car and knelt in front of the car who was not at all bothered about the car or accident and was caressing the ball... Swayam checked that there was not injury and smiled at her...
"where's your mom???" he asked her softly...
"mom to kaam pe gaye hai...mai yaha maasi aur friend k saath ayi hoon..." She pointed towards the mall by the side of the road...
"to aap Indian ho?????" swayam pinched her cheeks and the girl nodded with a big grin...
"aur aap yaha kya kar rahe ho??? Maasi n friend must be so worried..." swayam frowned at her...
"mai to yaha football ko accident se bacha rahi thi..." she said cutely with a pout and swayam laughed out... Taani was passing in her car to th hotel when he saw swayam sitting by the pavement with a cute girl laughing his heart out... Unknowingly a smile crept on her face seeing him laugh... she has not seen swayam smile a bit in this four years...
Meanwhile swayam asked the driver to park the car n came back to the girl...
"waise aap yaha kya kar rahe ho????" she asked swayam...
"mai bhi ek cute football ko accident se bacha raha hoon..." He winked at him and raised his hands for a high five...although the girl didn't understand what he meant she smiled and high fived him... Swayam picked her up in his arms and took her inside the mall...
"time to go to maasi n friend..." As swayam was carrying her inside the mall he find her staring towards an ice cream parlour... she didn't ask for anything but swayam understood she wanted ice cream...
"waise you know... mujhe ice cream khane ka bohut maan kar raha hai... but I can' eat alone.. to kya aap mujhe company doge???" swayam asked the girl with a pout... The girl nodded with big eyes and swayam smiled... he went to the parlour ...
"so kaunsa flavor...???" He asked making the girl look at the chart...
"vanilla cone with chocolate dip..." She smiled... swayam smiled thinking that he also likes the same flavor... they bought th ice cream and enjoyed it...
"wo rahi masi..." The girl pointed at a women facing her back towards swayam... as swayam put her down on her feet the girl immediately ran towards her... swayam smiled as the girl went towards the women and turned to leave...
"maasi aap ro rahe ho????" she asked neha as she picked her up in her arms and hugged her tightly...
"kaha chale gaye the tum aru... I was so worried..." Neha kept sobbing as Vicky also sighed in relief... Aru used to call neha maasi and Vicky as friend...
"don't cry maasi... mai yahi thi... mai ice cream kha rahi thi..."
"kisne khilaya???" Vicky asked her kissing her hair... Aru turned in neha's arm towards the exit of the mall and saw swayam moving out... She pointed at him...
"wo raha..." Vicky and neha both turned towards where aru was pointing but saw swayam's back as he moved out...
"age se kabhi aisa mat karna aru..." Neha hugged her close again...

As Swayam went to the parking to sit in the car he saw some guys sitting surrounding a bike... One of them handed a guy some bucks and pointed to a girl entering the mall...
"look at her... she is in our college... and she is so sexy yaar... can you get her... I bet she won't agree..." he laughed at him winking...
"challenge accepted... I'll get her as mine in 20 days..." Swayam heard the guy reply... something in him broke...
voices tell me i should carry on...
but i'm swimming in an ocean all alone...
Swayam , rey and nilesh were sitting in the canteen when they saw a beautiful girl walk in wearing a light blur t shirt and a black jeans...
"wow..." Swayam stared at her blinking his eyes... Rey and nil turned to follow his gaze...
"Sharon... meri bachpan ki friend hai...mid session new admission in 3rd year ...she even got selected in our dance team..." rey turned back and told swayam... Swayam was smirking as his gaze followed Sharon as she went to the counter to order her coffee...
"tu jo soch raha hai wo nahi hone wala..." rey smirked at him and swayam frowned at rey...
"mai kya soch raha hoon aur kya nahi hone wala???" swayam raised his eyes...
"Sharon bohut sweet larki hai... you know the one man woman type... so agar tujhe lagta hai she will be interested in you..." rey emphasized the "you" and continued... " then you are wrong mere bhai..."
Swayam sipped his coke and kept the can on the table smirking at rey...
"are you challenging me???" he asked him...
"kya yaar tu... bol raha hai rey bachpan ki friend hai... ise chor swayam..." nil literally face palmed... Swayam ignored him...
"are you rey???" he asked again... rey thought for a while and smirked at him...
"chal haa thik hai... I am challenging you... coz I am sure tu thappar khayega Sharon se..." rey was sure Sharon will never accept someone like swayam...
"done.. so it's a bet..." Rey nodded... Swayam saw Sharon moving moving out of the canteen and immediately stood up from his chair to follow her out...
As he was about to go a girl came upto him and held his hands... Swayam turned back and smiled at her... the girl went closer hugging him as he hugged her back...
"kitne din ho gaye swayam hum bahar nahi gaye... lets go for a date..." she winked at him as swayam smirked...
"of course... par aaj kuch kaam hai... lets go tomorrow????" he asked her with a smile and the girl nodded with a grin... swayam smiled back.. he didn't even remember her name to be honest...
As the girl left him he ran outside and went in search for Sharon... after an hour he found her sitting in the rehearsal room alone... before entering swayam ran his palm through his hairs to make them look good and fixed his over shirt and then went inside...
As he enetered Sharon looked up at him and then again concentrated on her laptop... swayam also sat on one of the cubes fidgeting with his phone... after a couple of minutes of silence he decided to speak...
"umm... tumhe pehele dekha nahi college mein..." he aksed with a small smile ... sharon looked up at him and smiled back politely...
"yeah new admission..." She said...
"are you Sharon by the way????" he asked with a frown ... Sharon was taken aback...
"yeah... but how do you know???" she asked...
"wo tum rey ki friend ho na... usne bataya tha uski ek friend 3rd year pe admission liya... so I guessed it must be you... by the way... I am swayam... rey ka best friend..." he held his hands forwards... Sharon smiled and shook her hands with him...
"tumhe to pata hi hai... I am Sharon..." and they shared a laugh...
"so aaj first day hai??? class kiya???" he asked...
"haa... accounts ka class kiya...par you guys were not there... " she asked...
"tumhara 1st day hai isisliye you were there... humne socha bunk mare..." he told her casually making her smile again...
"haa wo to hai..." she looked down...
"waise tumne dekha kya college???" he asked her casually and Sharon nodded in a no... swayam stood up...
"if you want I can show you..." he asked her pretending to be unsure... Sharon thought for a while and nodded with a smile and both of them went out of the hall around the college as swayam showed her all the places...
" sir we have reached the hotel..." swayam's reverie was broken by the driver's voice... he looked around to find themselves in the parking of the hotel... he blinked his eyes to remove the tears and got down from the car...
baby , my baby it's written on your face...
you still wonder if we made a big mistake...
As the driver was about to take his luggage he stopped him... he picked his own backpack and went inside the hotels reception... Over the years he learned to live alone...
He took his keys and made sure taani had checked in and went to his room... He kept the bag on the couch and went to the balcony looking at the hotel lawn...
A guy was walking around the lawn taking his wife on his back... he smiled looking at them as his eyes brimmed with tears again...
i don't mean to drag it on.. but i can't seem to let you go...
i don't wanna make you face this world alone...
i wanna let you go... alone...
"I miss you... I miss you Sharon shekhawat..." he whispered to the wind hoping they would carry the message to where he wanted them to travel...
