After some time, Swayam was brought out of the OT and shifted to the ICCU ward. Sharon peeped from the mirror on the gate and found the love of his life surrounded by machines making beep sounds, a thick bandage covering his head, an oxygen mask on his angelic face and various pipes and wires attached to his arms and chest. It pained her to see Swayam like this and a lone tear escaped her eyelids. She wiped them and consoled herself saying nothing would happen to him. Just then, the doctor came out and said that his vitals were still not normal but his condition has improved a lot. So they must be positive and pray for him. Sharon asked if she could go inside and the doctor allowed her.
She got inside and sat down on the chair near his bed. She took his hand into hers and kissed it. She stroked his function with one hand while the other hand held Swayam's hands carefully.
Sharon: U cannot leave me. U had promised me Swayam ki tm mujhe kabhi bhi chodkar nhi jaoge to ab kyun? Please Swayam don't do this to me! I love u a lot Swayam and main tmhare bina nhi jee paungi! Kyun diya tumne mujhe apna ye safety locket? Aaj agar ye tmhare paas hota to tumhe kuch nhi hota! Akhir kyun krtein ho tum mujhse itna pyaar ki mujhe marta dekh hi nhi saktein ho, itna pyaar kab hua mujhse ki mujhe cliff se girta dekh tm apni jaan kho rhe ho! Galti saari meri h! Maine hi prank kiya aur ye bhi nhi pata tha mujhe ki tm acrophobic ho! M so sorry Swayam! Plz come back baby plz come back!
Saying this she fell asleep beside him! After an hour or so, she woke up with the noise of constant beeps from the monitor. She panicked thinking she would lose him forever and started rubbing his hands and shouted for the doctor and rung the bell. The doctor and nurses came in hurriedly and asked her to step back! Bt she wouldn't do so! She held his hands to her chest and asked Swayam not to leave her! She saw him opening his eyes slowly and dats when the doctor claimed that his body vitals were normal and that he was out of danger. She looked at his face and found him coughing. He tried to remove the mask bt a sudden pain shot up in his arm as he raised it.
Doc: (removing his mask) Its a miracle that you have survived a major cardiac arrest. Only 20% of the people are able to survive it. Try to avoid movement for some time as the pacemakers and drips have left many painful points on ur body! Take rest Mr. Shekhawat, u need it.
The doc went out and Sharon turned towards Swayam after thanking the man in white coat. The nurse asked Sharon to take care of him while she informs his other frnds. Sharon thanked her and looked at Swayam. He was trying to adjust his head on the pillow and there he received a smack on his hands as he tried to raise it.
Sharon: Don't u dare make any movement.
Swayam: (making a cute baby like face) okay my love!
Sharon: Here I will adjust them! (She adjusted his pillows and made him rest properly. She accidentally touched his injury and he screamed in pain)
Swayam: Aaah!
Sharon: M so sorry! Bahut dard ho raha h??
Swayam: (moving his head sideways) Nahi! Jab tak tum mere saath ho, mujhe koi dard nhi hoga!
Sharon: (eyes moist) Kyun tm itna pyaar krtein ho mujhe Swayam, kyun?? N main, tmhe manane ke chakkar mein maine aaj tmhe almost kho diya tha! Kyun hun main itni important tmhare liye! Kyun?? Aaj meri wajah se tm yahan ho! Main itni stupid hun! Na main wo prank krti n na tm yahan par hotein! M so sorry baby...
Swayam: Ssshhh (pulling her towards his chest and stroking her hair) tmhare wajah se kuch nhi hua! Dekho m fine! Kuch nhi hua na mujhe ab to bas! Take a chill pill naa!!
Sharon: Chill pill?? Yahan tm maar rhe the n me taking chill pill?? Agar tmhe kuch hojata to main kaise rehti? U knw n I love u!
Swayam: (wiping her tears) I knew dat n I love u too!
They hugged each other when the gang came in and went all awww.! Rey came n hugged Swayam and he assured Rey that he was fine!
The gang sat with him for some time and then all of them went back to the resort, packed their bags and went home. Rey and Sharon stayed back in the hospital. While Swayam was asleep under the effects of the medicines, Sharon sat near him admiring his gestures and the cute smile on his face while Rey slept on the sofa. The next morning Sharon, who had fallen asleep lately, woke up and found Swayam already awake and herself sleeping on his chest. She raised her head and found him smiling and wishing her good morning.
Sharon: Tumne mujhe uthaya kyun nhi? And Rey kahan h?
Swayam: Tm thak gyi thi isliye nhi uthaya and Rey ko maine ghar bhej diya fresh up hone and ab tm bhi jao thodi der rest krlo ghar jaakar!
Sharon: M not going anywhere n dats final!
The doctor entered with Swayam's reports.
Doc: What's final Sharon?
Sharon: Nothing doctor! Hws he doing?
Doc: His reports are clear! Shyam tak aapko discharge mil jayega. Cardiac arrest ke baad kisi ko b itne jaldi recover hotein maine aaj tak nhi dekha! Dats y ppl say ki pyaar mein bahut takat hoti h! Take rest for some more time! I will complete the discharge papers!
Swayam: Yeah! M getting discharged..
Sharon: In the evening baby! Till then take rest and here, take ur morning medicines!
Swayam: Apne haatho se khilao!
Sharon: Ohk! Ye lo..
After feeding him the medicine, Sharon went to freshen up and after cuming back, she found Swayam sitting and coughing! He was short of breath and sweat covered his face! She ran to him immediately and patted his back! She rung the bell and came back beside him! The nurses rushed to him and made him drink some water while Sharon was just rubbing his back, trying to comfort him. "It's just a side effect of the antihistamines we gave him. Don't worry it won't happen again n he will be fine!"
Sharon breathed a sigh of relief and after the nurse left, she went and hugged him tight! Swayam too hugged her with d same intensity and then broke the hug eyeing her that he will be fine!
The day passed with Swayam and Sharon's usual romance and Swayam's tantrums for drinking d soup. In the evening, Swayam was discharged and Rey and Sharon took him to his home where the gang was waiting for him! They enjoyed their time and Sharon stayed with him for some days till he got fine completely. The D3 and St Louis dance academies were merged and soon, SwaRon got engaged and continued to live their lives happily!!
