SwaRon os: Broken Hearts

"Sharon!!" Sharon heard a familiar voice gasping out her name. Before she could react or say anything, she felt herself being engulfed into a tight hug. The hug which she had longed for years. She feared he would go away from her, once again. But this time he had come for staying. Many years back, a boy had made a promise to a girl, a promise of always loving her, despite them being miles away from each other. A promise of returning back to her once he fulfilled his dream, his dream of fulfilling her dream of having a dance institute. And he being The Swayam Shekhawat, the man of his words he was, had left all that he had in India, including the best memories and of course Sharon, his love and moved to USA to learn dance and train to become one of the best dancer any international institute would need to get established. Of course the dream Sharon and Swayam had seen and the promises they had made to each other did not seem realistic to their society or parents or friends, because they all never realized the passion and love Sharon and Swayam had for each other, but Sharon and Swayam's love never had needed any proof of existence or any acceptance because they both had already accepted each other and knew that their love would never let anyone of them to fade away. But at the current scenario, Sharon was hurt and somehow angry as well. Well, Sharon was not to be blamed, for Swayam had left her when she was 20. From then, he never called her, or mailed her. He had blocked Sharon in every way possible. He would just send Sharon different picture collages and a single letter every year that too just on her birthday. And today after nearly five years, he returns back and engulfs her in a hug. HOW DARE HE?!?

"You've grown.." Swayam said, cupping Sharon's face and observing her face carefully. "We all grow. Even you have grown so much. It's natural phenomena u know.." Sharon replied curtly. "Come on Shar, you're not still angry on me, are u?" Swayam asked. "Yes I'm angry with you. But more than angry, I'm hurt. I'm hurt Swayam. You blocked me. No calls. No messages. Nothing Swayam, nothing. Just a letter and a picture collage. Was that fair to me? How could you do this to me and...you, for five whole years?!? " Sharon asked, tears falling from her beautiful eyes. She was sobbing. First, because she was elated to see him back and feel his touch. Second because she was hurt. Swayam's heart broke seeing the sight in front of him. His Sharon, crying and that too because of him. He slowly wiped Sharon's tears and cupped her face. And then she noticed it. The sign of their love, which both of them had etched. There was a small tattoo at the side of Swayam's ring finger. "Yours" written. Sharon slowly caressed the tattoo and saw the side of her own finger. There was "Forever" written there. All the past memories flooded in her mind like a soft breeze. The time she had spent with Swayam, the time when he started behaving quite weird, the time when he left and finally the time she spent without him. She could take it no more, Sharon threw herself in his arms. Maybe she needed support at that time or maybe because she wanted him, she wanted to make sure all that was happening at present was not a mere dream, because she was too weak to wake up from it and face yet another shattered dream. Swayam just protectively wrapped his arms around her ensuring her that he was always with her. "Just because I'm holding you does not mean I've forgiven you Swayam. The hurt you have given me, whatever be the reason, is beyond repair, at least for now. It's just that I want to give you another chance, I want to give our love an another chance. And don't you dare leave me, don't ever leave me again Swayam because my heart is already too weak to handle another break. And..beca..because.. I still.. Love You.." With these words, silent tears started flowing from both Sharon and Swayam's eyes. No sobs, no crying.. Just silent tears one of which was because he knew he had broken his love's heart and another was because she too had unknowingly though, broke his soul from inside out as she knew her breaking down was the last thing Swayam could ever bear.
