Now coming to Vrushika. I wanna qoute what Palki Maam once said about her. "She gave herself to me. Hum jeetna bhi kare agar samne wala nahi lena chahta hai to it doesn't work." And thats what she did for Sharon. She gave herself to Sharon. When Vrushi came I really had nil hopes. She was a newbie. 18 and a half year old with zero experience in acting. Roped in to play the most difficult character of D3. But she did everything needed to be and asked for Sharon and gave her 100% for whatever Sharon needed. And that can be seen onscreen. Sharon today stands as the testimony to that fact. Palki Maam also said once that without her maybe she could have never went on with Sharon. Now when the creator of the character says that. Thats means something. Illness or playing difficult scenes. She neevr backed off. And that inspires me a lot. She is a 20year old lass but her maturity in her profession is something I really have loved. A replacement very rarely works. And in a story like SwaRon and with the character like Sharon its all the more difficult. But thanks to the CVs and Vrushika Mehta who gave everything to make Sharon who she is. And I can't explain the gratitude I feel for her for making SwaRon come true. And for making me love Sharon.😊
Now coming to Sharon. Sharon is nothing, absolutely nothing remotely a character which I can like. During her early days she was this complex character which has built a sheild around her but is vulnerable from inside. What I deciphered and understood is that she is this complex character but eventually will let go of her inhibitions and fall in love and smile. But even though the character started off as that but it completely lost track. Only to be told later that the CVs could never pulled off their writing. Vrushika Mehta came and the writers gave their utmost attention to Sharon and to her damaged character at time. Slowly slowly her layers peeled off like that of an onion :P We got to see more and more of her. The Sharon who wanted to dance but couldn't. The pain that she went through by keeping apart from dance. And also for the first time pain for hurting Swayam. Then her usual reserved self. To the determined team organizer and also captain. Then slowly her smiling loosened self and trying to enjoy life and laugh. Then the suprise element was humour and comicness. Sharon having some sense of humour too. 😲I could have never believe that untill it happened onscreen. Then the Sharon slowly accepting and trying to understand her feelings for Swayam to the gutsy Sharon making the confession to her boyfriend's father which made him slip off the treadmill.😆 You can't blame him but such the fire she is. Then again the Sharon which I LOVE the most. Swayam's Sharon.😳 The Sharon in love with Swayam. Making him smile and fulfill his wishes. In all her loving nature only we witnessed the Sharon whom we have always known. The complex Sharon which she is. Which came into appearance once again when she rejected Swayam infront of everyone. The hurt Sharon facing rejection from Swayam. To the determined Sharon to get her love back. The level headed Sharon dealing with Ruhi with smartness. To the emotional Sharon finally getting back to her love. To the scared Sharon and to the Sharon today who love her friends. And ofcourse the Sharon in love is there after patch up. WOAH!!😲 So thats a lot zip zap zooom in Sharon's character. 😆And the one person who made it possible. Vrushika Mehta. Inspite of having zero acting experience she pulled off every facet of Sharon. She was below average when she came. But she is shining today and delivering every performance with ease. One thing which I have found really good about her is that. She has improved and improved every single day. And have never disappointed me. As she said she came to learn here and she learned. Vrushika Mehta. You have a blessing to us.
And the funny part which I feel while writing this is that I who started the show as a Swayam fan and had hated Sharon wrote an essay on Sharon. Would I have believed 2 years ago I will be loving this charcter one day and will be writing so much for her. No. But it became possible. Only for one person Vrushika Mehta and for Palki Maam being the strenght to her. That I call myself a Sharon fan today.😊
