Isn't the title vice versa? You might be thinking, what am I saying? But to understand , you have to read the post with a smile 😳😆
Shakti Mohan tasted fame on 23rd April, 2010 for the first time when she was crowned as the winner of Dance India Dance ! She got the sunehre takdeer ki sunehri topi after competing with many ! She was famous ! Wherever she went , people recongnised her, wanted her autographs, wanted to click a picture with her 😳 Slowly and gradually, she was used to it. Then came D3! She took the role of then playing a NON-DIVA!!! "An actor is the best when he/she plays a role which he/she isn't." This quote is 200% true in Shakti Mohan's case 😳 She had to play the role of Kria Ghai, a simple girl who wants to make a place through dance in the city of dreams- Mumbai. Kria's character is very much similar to the Shakti before DID but after DID , she was the new and famous Shakti.
As Sneha Kapoor mentioned, "She used to enter the sets in her car, full volume, the diva but on camera she was the simple Kria." AND that is exactly what I want to say.
None knew that she would play the simple girl so well.
In yesterday's precap , we again saw a glimpse of it, everyone knows that Shakti Mohan is one of the favorite photographers [as said by Pravin] but in D3 she has to play the non-model Kria Ghai which again must have been a challenge for her ! I am so glad she is doing so well 👏👏
So this is what I mean by her journey of being a non diva from being a diva !!! The journey of off screen from on screen , the journey of being Kria Ghai from Shakti Mohan !!! 😳
