Hello everyone. I hope everyone is out of VruShan awesomeness on Alvida.. :P Because, I'm here with a post analyzing the whole scene.
Disclaimer: I myself don't know what I've written here, but please bear with me.. I watched the sequence again, and I don't know how to express it in words. Anyway, whatever said and done. Hope you like this post.
Okay before beginning, I'd like to say that the dance was beyond perfection. I have no words for it. Only one thing, VruShanCedon, TAKE A BOW! 😊
Basically, we start with 5 a small confrontation before the actual sequence.
Sharon is frantically calling Kria up, but she isn't picking up her phone.. Swayam comes sees her tensed..asks her why she hasn't changed yet and you know what happens after that.
Analysis: The scene was very nicely done. The dialogues, were nicely written. The acting, the pain, the suffering, Shantanu and Vrushika both were phenomenal in that particular scene. Shantanu has obviously done lot amazing scenes than this one, but Vrushika? I think this one goes down in her bag of bang on acting scenes.
Sharon, she was hurt, she felt sad, and she felt lonely. Yes, she had befriended Kria to get closer to Swayam, but now she genuinely liked her, and Swayam? Without even listening to her point of view hurt her so much. She probably had a vague idea about this, but still she never hesitated before befriending Kria even for once, and went ahead. She always believed that love was a pure feeling..And for her, he wasn't a desire...but only her love. The fact that he was so close yet so far from her killed her inside. She genuinely felt that Swayam would actually get back with her this way... But now since Swayam knew about it...she felt helpless...More than anything else, she felt that her love was all of a sudden drifting far apart from her.. More than anything else, she felt bad..pathetic when Swayam said that she didn't love him.. His words were like daggers to her heart... Never did her heart break so much like this time when he said all that to her... She loved him. She loved him a lot... She loved him so much, that words couldn't convey the feeling...
She heard the announcer saying something about them... Their performance.. That true love never dies...and if you are meant to be, definitely one day you'll get back together... Sharon believed in it..After being hurt again due to him, she wiped her tears and went to the stage for her performance.
Swayam felt a bit relieved. That he had actually finally told Sharon why he was upset with her...hurt at her... What irked him was that she had used one relation to mend the other one. Had she not done that, he'd probably would have had started trusting her again.. But she.. Her deed was something which hurt him so much that he was slowly losing the trust he had on her...again...He was slowly beginning to doubt her love for him...again..and it was time, perhaps, to accept that maybe they were just not going to be together... He knew she was hurt.. But probably she only lived in a world of delusion and nothing else.. She had to come out of it... Like him...
So the basic concept which connects the performance to SwaRon goes like this :
Swayam loves Sharon...a lot... Both in the performance and in reality. But unfortunately due to some reasons..In reality, Sharon's abrupt confession in front of everyone that she was never with Swayam...and in the performance..she's probably no more now, they couldn't be together.. Swayam wants his Sharon back. He needs her back. He wants her real bad in his life...but maybe...maybe destiny has something else in store for him...Maybe...

He sits aimlessly, lifelessly thinking about her... Why did god had to be so merciless to take her away from him?? Why did it ever happen?? Why...why did she go..why... He probably feels the desire to take her in his arms and sway passionately along with her..he has an urge to take her in his arms and tell her that he loves her a lot...tell her that only she can complete him...and without her..he's actually nothing, but a lifeless soul.. He feels empty without her.. Emptiness evident on his face..

He starts dancing...something that can actually reduce his sadness and probably not remind him of her...something which will probably help him come out of his state of mind.
He's reminded of her yet...how abruptly their story ended.. Why...why on earth did their story end?? Why did their story have such an incomplete end?? When everything was going fine...why did one action destroy everything?? When everything was actually coming back on track, why did god had to be so merciless and snatch what was most precious to him? Why?? Thousands of questions haunt his mind.
He suddenly turns and sees her...He probably doesn't realize at first that he's actually hallucinating...but he comes in terms with reality and realizes that his Sharon...is no more now... He's only imagining her...He tries drifting backwards, while something in her eyes pull him towards her.. He sees the hurt, the pain, the strong, intense emotions in her eyes that are full of love.. For him..

Something in her pulls him towards her...He starts dancing passionately with her...forgetting the fact that she's actually not there with him...Something in her tells him that love is actually not worth a lifetime..It's actually eternal.. And to prove your love, one does not necessarily need to be with the other one always...
It's not incomplete Swayam...she tells him..Our story...it has a long way to go...it's not incomplete...
He picks her up...reliving all those moments that were actually special to them...which meant the world to him...Feeling her presence again...Trying to understand that she would always be there with him...
She makes him feel that she's actually there...not physically, but mentally...always present with him... He makes her realize that his heart is the one which always beat for her.. His heartbeats take his name..and there's an imaginary string which ties her heart with his... She feels it...and realizes how deep his love is...how strong his love is...which even after so many ups and downs still refuses to stop loving her...even after her it continues being with her...continues loving her...continues making him believe that he must live...even though she's not there with him.

He breaks down...unable to live with the present..unable to come in terms with reality...telling her that he lives only on her memories...and that moving on from her is no less than an impossible thing for him..That probably he'd continue living only and only on her memories...on her photos..on stuff which are so special to both of them...which mean the world to both of them...She's not there with him...she'll probably never be with him..Never again...never will he be able to feel that way again..the way she made him feel special...the way she made him feel loved..he'll probably feel never..that way again.

They do a leap of faith...She quickly clings on to him as if letting him know that things are not really well on her part as well...that she misses him and wishes if she could come back...She tries letting him know that she's equally passionate about him...that she loves him...and although not physically, she'll always be there with him... She hates this separation...this distance...the fact that even she can't give him happiness..that even she can't make him feel happy again...she hates it...
He tries going away from her...he wants to stop living in a delusion, but at the same time, he wants to be with her..he wants to stop believing that he'll ever be the same way again, yet something pulls him back... She does...she doesn't let him go...she pulls him back...She conveys to him that she wants to live with him...that she wants to be back with him...that her soul still yearns for him...and that she's there...but it's a game of imagination...his imagination...his memories..Which are dominated by her...
He picks her up and she envelops her arms around him...He loves the feeling, of being hugged by her, of she being so close to him...that feeling, which only she can make him feel..the fact that he doesn't feel like this anywhere else...only with her...only due to her...

They break apart...out of compulsion though...and depict their state of mind...depict the fact that they feel empty without each other...He's forced to feel that way, but she tries making him realize that she's actually not there with him and that she'll never be there with him...
They walk towards each other... He walks towards her and tightly holds her hands..She places her palm in his and tries pulling him with her...tries to live those last moments of bliss with him...those last moments of happiness...again..
He doesn't go with her...He realizes that this is only a play of his imagination and that she's playing on her mind...Her memories are actually taking a shape and appearing in front of him...probably to convey something to him...to tell him , that she's not there..not there physically and that she'll never even be with him like earlier any time again...He leaves her...
She places her palm on his cheek.. he loves the feel..he enjoys it...he absolutely longs for such a touch...but at the same time she makes him realize that it's time for her to go...she makes him realize that time that she has to take leave...Time is here for her to go...Time for her to leave him...his vision...stop playing on his memories and probably leave herself...She drifts backwards leaving a very disheartened Swayam back...leaving the unhappy soulless version of him back...leaving the lifeless Swayam back...
He realizes that she was a dream...his last dance with her was no less that a work of fiction for him...He takes his picture in her hand and looks at the smiling girl he loves...he misses her...how much he misses her...how much he longs for her...but sadly, probably everything has to come to an end...and that's how his and her love story was...Probably incomplete left by her...yet eternal... she had to say, goodbye..Bid a tearful goodbye to him...
