TR post for TR fans
I was thinking of taking a break from making posts because I'm in the middle of writing a fanfic. But I couldn't resist. Why? Main iss kambakht dil ko kaise samjhaon? It doesn't just pump blood around my body...it pumps TaaRey! I make TR posts which are more than often from Taani's perspective, or analysing her approach. But today I want to focus on Reyaansh Singhania.
On Monday, Rey poured his heart out to Taani. His tears were a testament to his unconditional love and the pain of not having Taani in his life. TRians (including myself) swooned over Romeo Rey. We gasped at the romantic manner in which he expressed his feelings...without any hesitation. Honest confession: seeing Rey cry really tugged at my heart and left me thinking...mujhe bhi aisa ladka chahiye - by God!
Two days later - Rey is STILL crying. He's all over the place. OK, here comes the tricky part to explain but let me try...seeing Rey in this state for three episodes in a row is quite frankly, hard to digest. Not even the strongest of indegestion tablets can help my cause. I'm really losing the will to live here! If I could walk up towards Rey at this present moment in time I would...(apart from feel those toned abs *coughs*) bang his head against the walls of NDC hallway. Yes - I wanna knock some sense into that impulsive head of his!
It's about time Rey accepted the fact that Taani is very much hurt...not angry anymore, but hurt. He loves Taani, there is NO doubt about that. But he's taken some really silly decisions that have turned around to bite him in the backside! Rey needs to acknowledge his mistake because fact is - he DID make one. Unintentionally yes but STILL made it. And then he needs to rectify it. Rey my boy, failure (and crying) is NOT an option! So stop sobbing like one of those women from Desperate Housewives and go FIGHT for Taani.
As the precap indicates, some drama is sure to unfold. The "I love you" from Taani was rather cold and without feeling. It has been discussed that perhaps it is a way of getting Rey to perform well. Whether I agree with this approach or not is a different post altogether. And if this proves to be the case, let's expect some high voltage drama (well, I hope!) But whatever happens, I just want Rey to get up and walk tall. He is a fighter and his love for Taani is as deep as all the oceans of the world put together. All that he needs to do is show real character and resilience. Taani will come around. True love cannot be denied for long.
