We need to start off asap since time thoda kum hai..
Sabse pehle Swathi form a team and divide the work like whoz gonna send PMs n keep track of d voting, whoz gonna do d write up, who will assemble everything..
And as soon as u form d team decide on d categories for d nominations.. And d nominees..
