i like swayams dad

guess its bcoz the swayam we see now is a more confident version, more appealing version of what he was before ( dont deny this please - he has accepted himself) and his dad is yet to see him in that light.

swayams dad is obviously an achiever, he seems friendly enough, he is not blindly conservative - i mean he expects kids to speak respectfully to elders but is openly supportive of taani wanting to do something...so no ur a girl thing ...and he is sharp-- he saw rey s nicer qualities quickly and he s open enough to say he likes sharons attitude.

so whys he rude to swayam? he wants swayam to do something other than dance- bcoz he thinks dance isnt manly enough...not bcoz dance isnt a good enuf profession like continuing in business etc ., is he is a sportsperson and thinks anything which is traditionally "unmanly" is nt good enuf for his son. and he s right in his assessment of swayam a lot of times
for eg- which parent will like seeing their kid run after someone for years after being treated like ..dirt for years? of course he doesnt know about sharon but he def knows swayams like that..he would let himself be walked over .

except ...the catch is except that swayams matured and grown over time whcih he s unable to see and which swayams stubbornly refusing to let him see. exactly what rey told him- no communication stage- swayam goes back to being a 5 yr old or a10 yr old delicate child in front of him.

whatever ...this track seems more suited to reys character (chabilal and all the initial dialogues) but all in all i like this person.

for me swayam dad always wanted bold, care a damn type attitude, fighter, all rounder, popular, kind of child n rey sharon fits into it! that y he like both n said kash.. kash swayam unke jaesa hota, he didnt want obedient child who say sorry but want who had guts to answer him if he find him wrong!
ps: papa need to understand who is swayam!

yes his dad is not conservative the way he support tanni shows it but surely he is person who has his own thought n belief for defining perfect gentlemen! for me he need to know being completely different from his thought his son still is perfect!
i agree that swayam would have nevered come out of his shell if sharon would have not come in his life! he is confident popular n all rounder today n papa shikhawat didnt knew it. may be after knowing he would accpet his son but is that swayam? naah! swayam is the person who was weakling by choice, selfless, pure, philosophical, fighter, strong, intelligent, understanding this unique quality are not becoz of time being but his dad nevered understood it. he didnt knew swayam.

About being 5 or 10 year old around his father may be he lost fathers love at that age only thats why he becomes like that becos he is craving for his father care attention praise and love...Rey saids that there is no communication between them and Swayam should do something about it but what can he do ? how will he do? his father thinks only one thing that swaym is useless thats it...if his father doesnt love him what can he do about it ? Sharon is an inspiration for swayam a driving force for him to become a dancer an instant poet he won at dance camp becos sharon made him promise to win and even at the basketball match when there were last seconds left and situation was critical swayam saw sharon and felt encouraged confident and he made basket ...I only wanted to present swayams POV and his love for Sharon ...No offense meant 😊

dont u see swayams dad doesnt want unnecessary respect- he wants his son to say okay papa, stop . dont talk rudely to me in front of my friends. the one time that swayam asked him to stay away from NDC stage, he actually did. he wants swayam to do stuff for himself.

and he likes rey/sharon bcoz they clearly spell out their views which swayam out of a sense of false respect doesnt but dad snt a stupid person- he will handle swayams taling back to him if swayam means it strongly
