BANG ON POST!!!
I was sincerely hoping for some positivity from someone!!! I started this by posting my thoughts but no one saw the real intention behind it!!! I am glad that someone else has the same thought as I did. Thanks Nikhita!!!
I agree that the gang is on a bashing spree for Taani and also they think because of her selfishness, Rey will not take part in the NDC elims, but I believe it is high time her insecurities were brought to notice to the gang. The taunts she is facing because her abilities are being questioned, and also the fear of losing a loved one is what making her so sad and upset, and at times rude.
What we should understand is that her actions are definitely wrong, but her intentions are not. She is trying to protect Rey from the taunts of her Tauji for being a dancer as she is a witness to her brother going through the same. And also her fear that if her Tauji finds out that Rey is a dancer, not only will he keep Rey and Taani apart but also he will send her back to Jodhpur.
And also judging Tauji's dialogue that Taani should not be surprised if she sees him as a judge, I can only assume as of this moment that he really wants to see Swayam perform. Hopefully he changes his opinion that dance cannot be chosen as a career. And thus he embraces both Swayam and Rey with open arms and our Taarey are never ever apart from each other...
Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best !!!
