Today is international dance day and I would really like to take this opportunity to write on the only remaining lead dancing coupe of D3. We all know both Swayam and Sharon are one amazing dancers but some where we get this much lost in the engrossing SwaRon story that some how we tend to over look how much this dancing aspect of SwaRon separates them from any other pair on screen in the Indian television. So today this post is a tribute to this amazing dancing couple who have never failed to mesmerize us with the smoothest moves we have seen.
What separates a dance fiction show with a dance non fiction show? Very simple - In a fiction show we care about the character's feeling. We could totally identify the emotions while a character is dancing. A simple dance in a fiction show can pack more power and leave greater impact than a non fiction show. So when D3 started it came as breath of fresh air and it was an entertainment of different kind all together. It gave us two dancing lead pair and both of them were amazing in their own way. Personally with every passing episdoe I started to get attached to the dancing pair which was sensation in its own kind - SwaRon. And I couldn't help but applause the CV's and writers for creating a something this brilliant.
In this two year journey the story of SwaRon and has been written so beautifully and accordingly the dances were added to it - just apt for the situation. Choreographed and performed even more brilliantly by the leads leaving me over whelmed most of the time. Whether we talk about the passionate Haye Rama or the super hot Khamakha, or the emotional Yaadein or the sweet romantic - Pehla Nasha. Each SwaRon dance has been bewitching in its own way. Each better than the other in way or the other and each stirring a wide range of emotions in us. And to be honest names I mentioned this is just the tip of ice berg. There is Pehil baar mohabbat ki hai, Nahin samne, Baatein kuch ankahi si, salsa, khamaka, Maula mere and many more like this.
Kudos to the creative team, writers, directors, choreographer for creating SwaRon and bringing thme to us. It has been a sheer treat as viewer to be see their journey unfold with dance playing a major role in it. And also kudos to Shantanu, Sneha and Vrushika for giving life to Swayam and Sharon. Its really been a privilege to see them on screen portraying Swayam and Sharon. Keep it up. And keep dancing.
