You think the gang would have stayed .. I think they would still go for the event. Fair enough. In any case, its a hypothetical situation, coz we don't know what they would have chosen.

About the birthday party event ... at the time, it may have been the e-auditions, but aren't the auditions the first step? You can't be in a competition unless you clear the audition stage. So in that sense, I think the gang should have been a little more responsible and sent out a new routine instead of the Indiafest one. Ofcourse, live stage performance is of a different level ... and most definitely they gonna rock it! 😳

Whoh relax..here also outbursts seem common...unfortunately u cannot give this reason when you are doing professional work...sorry bad luck ...n couple of times ok, everytime big no...(considering it has become normal for tani) to answer she is GS , in your opinion efficient one , so if u think efficient one behaves like this then I really don't know what to say...not letting pressures in life affect your work is what is expected from 'efficient' leader is what common sense n management science says...infact every 'normal human being' cant do that that is why one leader/manager n others are followers...😊

an efficient leader will have a hold on his/her behavior. but that is idealized situation, and in real life situations are never ever idealized.

So u agree that she has to keep hold on what she says n does right? Well she did not...that's what the problem is...i would like to give one example of sharon but that would start another topic ,though I wont mind ,TM certainly would😆...so I would refrain myself...n it's not idealised situation dear, in real life, boss/manager don't just burst in anger, just to proveyounth emselves right, n those who do are thrown out of their positions or are disliked by team members...hope I made sense...though I agree it's difficult to remain 'Buddha ' in your words in situation which tani is facing (personal problem) , do not forget it is created by herself again by lying ...hope I made sense 😊

My bone of contention with the gang is that they don't listen to Taani. Because they outnumber her, they feel as though they are right. She made some valid points but was dismissed by them.

Also, they are beginning to show a lot of arrogance and laid back attitude regarding their duties. Yes they are extremely talented and I don't deny their abilities, but that does not mean that they take everything lightly.

I don't like how the CVs are trying to project Taani in a negative light, while gang members are being shown as the so-called voice of reason. There are always two sides to a coin. I think it's about time people flipped it over to understand Taani's stance!

Just to finally add, while I don't agree with Taani's approach to things, I think her intentions are honest and without malice. Trouble is, she is misunderstood.

Yes, I agree the gang are taking things lightly ... they are getting complacent to some extent. The we-know-it-all-don't-teach us attitude is what kinda irks me at times ... rest of the times, I love them! But I guess, it happens ... its natural to feel this way or behave so. Clashes are bound to happen .. and in this regards, I don't blame the CV's. Infact, I'd like to say .. I really think Palki very well understands the psyche of the youth in such matters.

Also, I don't think the CV's are trying to project Taani in a negative light. The situations may be negative ... and so it may seem like that, but I don't think its so. Taani is human, and is only acting/reacting like some girls in her place would. Its easy to say we would react differently in a similar situation .. but when its in your face, you can never predict how you're gonna react.

Look I'm not saying that what she id doing or behaving is right, i'm just saying that she has her reasons for it. every coin has two sides nd here cv's had forgotten tani's viewpoint. however i'll...a completely different viewpoint i'll just paste here...

Apart from her insecurities, main problem is Taani's behavior about hiding Rey's identity. This is causing every problem for now... she wants Rey to be just perfect in front of Mr. Shekhawat, her tauji.

My point is... till now what I'd seen in d3 Taani does not have dad, and for her father figure in her life is swayam's dad. Reason is this had not been so, she wouldn't had said in RH that haath mangne wala with her tauji, it would had been her papa. So for a person who has not dad, and is loved by her tauji with same affection, same care(I really think tauji loves taani as her own child, for her he does all the little things parents do for their kids, talking lovingly, caring, affectionate, supporting them) obviously that person would mean a lot, because accord to me parents are one's first love.(I don't know how many of you agree or not, but in actual life parents are the only persons who love you unconditionally, always, no matter what.) So not having dad, for taani her tauji matters more than her actual dad could and that's why she's so adamant and obsessive about hiding Rey's identity till tauji understands this. And regarding someone like taani for whom relations and love had been always a major factor, she definitely can't bear to loose anyone...Rey or Tauji... none of them. Both are really important persons in her life.
