Sorry dont have the answers, but have one more doubt in addition.

These posts are huge responsibilities, right. So why don't they ask the person involved first n declare the results. Generally people apply for these posts and the person is selected from the pool. In the show, the authorities decide someone is capable and announce the result without the knowledge of the person involved.

When I saw yesterday on wat basis Ashi ws made CS i was rly pissed.. CVs hav a rly big problem wen it cums to posting sum1 on a position... We hve seen dat durin GS selections nd now once again.. I wud differ on a point here even though Rey ws proved innocent Rey cudnt b mde d GS bcz he didnt even participate in the elections.. So cumin to Ashi's postin.. Wen Shivam lft d GS position since Taani ws d AGS she ws mde d GS.. So if we follw dat den Swayam shud hve been made the CS nd den dey cud hve found the new ACS.. Nt find a new CS altogether.. Nd posting an ACS as CS hu ws wrkin fr position i guess fr jst 1mnth over a more experienced ACS hu z holdin dat position fr almst 2yrs now... I clearly didnt get d logic wen she ws said to b mre experienced.. R u kiddin me??? Mre experienced dan Swayam Shekhawat... I wud hve been completely okay if dey wud hav made Ashi d ACS... Bt dis.. *sigh* Nd one mre thng wen Sharon ws supposed to b replaced by d AVP den Swayam ws regarded as d candidate fr CS.. Nt sum new prsn...
