Okay, I am here with an another post. That too on the star of the episode. Well, I couldn't make this post yesterday, Nevertheless, I am here.😊
We always said that Sharon is the BEST Manager, the team could ever have. And today, she just proved it right. You people might be wondering why today? She proved in the India fest only. Yes! She did proved herself in India fest but then, as a 'CAPTAIN' and now, as a 'MANAGER'. 😳
There is alot of difference between the Captaincy and Managing the situations. Both are responsible tol lead their team but in a different way. As a Captain, she wanted her team to perform on the stage by hook or crook. She did every possible thing to make the gang achieve their dream by performing in Indiafest. She even broke the rules for it. And as a captain, what she did was absolutely RIGHT!
But as a Manager, she has to manage everything. She just can't do things that she did as a Captain. She did know, the dance routine was not the Correct one to this sangeet. But, she kept quiet. She neither opposed them, nor supported them. She wanted to make them realise, it is not always our way. Kabhie Kabhie dusroon ke hisaab se chalna padta hai. How cool was that! Yeh log inke preparations kar rahe the and wahan Sharon bhi inke liye hiee preparations kar rahi thi.😊
If you remember, In yesterday's episode, Bharat and NiCky bro's said that, she was doing all this because they din't followed her routine. But still, she kept quiet. She din't answered a word to him. If it was Sharon Rai Prakash , as a Captain, then, we know how the new comers got from our Diva, when din't followed her.
If she knows how to break the rules then she also knows how to manage the situations!😃 And Today NiCky bros also got that. I loved the way, how they were sorry to her.
