First of let me begin by saying I had seriously not thought today the episode was going to be something which will left me over whelmed. But that's what exactly it did to me. Melancholic nature of episode aside this was seriously one of the most powerful and impact episode coming from the stables of D3 regarding the Sharon Asthma track. An episode which when ended left me dumb founded with the sheer gravity of it.
The way it started was ethereal. Something of which dreams are made of. SwaRon hug accompanied with bahon ke darmiyan background score and sea beach - one can't get a better pictureseque moment than that. And add to it Swayam's dialogue - agar mera naam pehle liya hota toh yeh sab kuch nahin hota.. ( Don't we all wish hopefully Sharon would do so). Even the way Sharon said concern my foot was amusing. What followed was equally unexpected. See how many of you had even dreamed that Sharon will bring coffee for everybody. But surprise is the favorite flavor of Cv's these days. I loved that scene. A nice sweet gesture from Sharon.
But apparently the best moment of the episode was yet to come. And it happend with a bang. Although editing could have been bit better and I still don't get why the original scene was edited out? Any way that's not my concern. What appealed to me was the conversation. A lot was said, a lot was not said but still the emotional impact it made was mind boggling. Swayam asked the question again about what's his limit are and Sharon weighed down by her own problem was left speechless. I just wish that scene had not ended abruptly and that conversation had continued. Sharon-Simmi scene which followed was good but was not able to manage the impact that SwaRon conversation had created.
But thank fully CV's decided to give us a Sharon's pov. Well it was not exactly a POV but still a flashback about that past took the entire episode to different level. After the confrontation with Swayam this scene showed how much Sharon is broken, how much she miss Swayam, how much she is constantly fighting with herself trying to be hard to away from Swayam. And that's where CV's nailed today episode. Fabulous.
But the biggest applause for today should be reserved for Shantanu and Vrushika. They were the star of today's episode. Because even after the track was left open ended and was melancholic but still they were able to left everyone daze everyone with their performance. Fantastically performed guys. Keep it up.
I know many will be upset with the sad episode but aren't we all sub consciously knew CV's won't divulge the secret so soon. This track is going to be stretched. I just hope its not stretched more than necessary.
