rey- understanding him-page 4

as poor rey has recently been going on about how taani is not undertsanding him , i thought i shud give it a shot.😊

jokes apart, an attempt to understand rey in parts as it became too long.

What rey expects out of taani now is pretty unreasonable- but it got me thinking into one aspect- we keep cribbing about how taani doesn't learn from mistakes. Rey s worse.

Remember the slap sequence ' from kriya- he never ASKED her why she slapped him even though swayam told him to. When he fought with Sharon, he didn't TALK to Sharon about anything till pushed to by KSG/kriya. Even in the recent Vicky/rey fight- Vicky came back to talk to rey . or the authorities, with VP, he never initiated a normal conversation till VP spoke him to him well. Or shivam but then shivam wasn't a friend. and with AVP, we know- hes ready to murder her even when once in a way shes talking sense.

Of course he has changed, grown- even then he never held grudges with kriya and easily forgave Sharon but he took his time and did it after nakhras. Now hardly took any time to get back to Vicky. The problem is he would have in his mind /heart given up the fight but he wouldn't want to approach them himself thanks to hurt ego. In Vicky incident, he could go to VP to talk as VP had patched up with him but he couldn't go to ASK a friend of long time like Vicky what was actually upsetting him. but then lots of guys are like that and he s typical but he s special in that he never carries forward the stuff whether silly or serious

The only person in the epi with whom he appears to have no problem talking is swayam- he could tell swayam about kriya preferring swayam to himself, tell him he doesn't know how he would maintain the friendship and so on...

umm i guess you are speaking abt the rey b4 Taani came so i cant say anything on that as i was not a follower of the show then...As of now Rey confuses me a lot and i cant answer on the present situation too😆

yeh sometimes i feel bad ki why it has to rey thats complicated..poor taani she is gonna have a tuf time understanding him...i think the problem with him is he only thinks in his POV n all this MU's happen...for him it is his word that is n shd be the last word...well thats wat i think so n this is not now its was the same situation previously also in previous times...

n now the biggest drawback is he cant share n have a heart to heart talk with his best buddy swayam...n thats making him even more frustrated i guess...coz after he changed i am seeing he has become still more angry young man kind...

u r true...rey has some problem in conversations everytime...when kriya was there, once they had a little cute fight when she chose swayam over rey on new year eve... he was just irked with her...and yeah with swayam he's really cool...on every topic except taani...for obvious reasons.

Vicky ke sath ka to bhi thik he. As mayb he understood where he was wrong and talked to VP. But still didnt let anyone else know

you made it a bit clear 😊 i think rey has the habit of not volunteering himself to solve the problems

aapne rey before Taani ke baare me baat kiya hai yaha.. so IDk about Rey of that time coz I started watching the show after Taani came.. As for abhi ka Rey..sometimes I think that I can understand him and sometimes mujhe lagta hai ki mai kabhi use nahi samajh paungi.. IDK!! Actually we are watching a Complicated Rey ... idk why he don't take any initiative to clear out MUs ... But I am glad that he have no grudges for the ones who hurts him badly...

Plz carry on this topic I hope your points will help us to understand Rey

P.S- I love every shade of Rey's character be it complicated, action, romance, anger, jealousy and list goes on

bingo the whole outcome from all this is that rey doesn't take the initiative in a concerned matter what i feel...i don't know what the problem is may be his ego something else(even i am confused) but yes he never keeps grudges against anyone...actually his character is quite complicated that is why it's difficult for anyone to understand him properly coz the main problem with him is that he doesn't let out his feelings so easily and even if he does so it is not quite clear hence all the confusion coz letting out ur feelings and that too in a manner that the person concerned understands ur feelings and POV is very important in a relationship and for that u need to leave aside all ur issues and ur ego and u need to take the initiative to talk to the concerned person clearly.only then the problem can be solved until and unless u don't tell about ur exact state of mind to the concerned person how will the other person come to know what is there in ur mind...anyways good post and please do continue rey's character is complicated but i love him the way he is but will really be glad to know ur take on him coz in ur previous posts as well u have done quite a great wok when it comes to understanding a particular charater so looking forward to ur views😊

n i also feel that right now taarey both are in same state of mind ..that is they are both afraid of rejection for ofc 2 different reasons that we know...especially rey coz the moment some1 against him he turns agressive n insecure v can see that in the epi's wen the others in the gang were thinking of scholarship programme...n this agressiveness n insecurity in case of taani is a bit more...
