Chapter 3
When You look me in the eyes
Unfortunately Sharon's first lecture was not with Neha. Neha showed her the class and went to attend her lecture. She took athe only left seat and started taking her books out of her bag. But only then she realized that she was not alone. A guy has came and sat beside her. And wait...He was the car guy...The one who got into a fight with them today.
Sharon tore a piece of paper from her notebook and wrote:
I'm sorry...:(

and passed it to the guy beside her. He read the note, smiled once and wrote on the back side:
It's Okay...:)
-Vicky
and passed it back. Sharon read it, gave a breif smile and wrote again:
Nice to meet you...:)
and gave it to Vicky. He wrote:
Me too...:)
and gave it back to her. The proffesor called for attention then and they both got busy with their studies.

After the class Sharon and neha met in canteen. Neha asked Sharon about her first class.
"It was quite good! And you know...that guy...the car one..." Sharon tried to remind Neha of Vicky but she interrupted her and said excitedly :
"Swayam?"
"No! Vicky...the one you got into a fight with! Remember? He's a nice guy." said Sharon.
"Oh! him! I don't think so!" said Neha with a dirty look on her face. " Waise how you can say that?" she asked Sharon because all that she knew Sharon has never talked to him.
"He sat next to me in the class today and was quite good to me." Sharon told her.
"Whatever I don't like him! The only good thing 'bout him is that he's Swayam Shekhawat's brother. Nothing else!" said Neha stressing each syllable of Swayam Shekhawat.
"Vaise. tell me one thing. Why do you treat him like that? I mean at the parking lot also he just smiled and you were so happy! He just smiled yr..Big deal...!!!" Sharon said rolling her eyes.
"Big deal?! Swayam is a big deal! " Neha told Sharon. " He's the most popular guy of the college! He's in the 2nd year and the FOOTBALL TEAM CAPTAIN! You should see him play! He's so good at it! Actually he's good at everything! And he's sooo good looking!!!!" Neha told Sharon in a dramatic way. ""Every girl is dying to get a smile from him but he doesn't even pay attention to them. actually he don't talk to girls much. There are only a few girls he talk to. And you got a smiule from him on your first day of the college! You should be happy!" added Neha ian an excited tone.
But all these qualities of our college dude Swayam didn't affect Sharon the way they did to other girls.
"Don't know why Neha acts like this whenever she talks about Swayam! He was just like any other guy!" she thought to herself and sighed.
"And ya, Vicky is also the drummere of the college band." Neha told Sharon with no trace of interest.
"Drummer...Nice...!!!" said Sharon in an appreciating tone.

Swayam woke with the sound of the drums. He saw the time and it was just 6!
"Vicky playing drums at this time?" He wondered and ran his hand in his hair. He went to his room and Vicky playing his drums.
Vicky's room was pretty cool! An extension was made in the end of the room where was placed his drum set.
"What are you doing Vicky? Drums? And that too at this time!?" Swayam asked Vicky. " Today my lectures are late. I wanted to sleep! " complained Swayam.
"Kya bhai! You forgot1 Tomorrow is Fresher's party and our band has to give the closing performance. I'am practising for that only! I have to give my best...you know!" explained Vicky.
"Oh ya! Will meet you later then." said Swayam and went back to his room.

Swayam went t the atrium and saw Nilesh and Simmi coming from the other side, holding hands and giggling together. He waved as they came near the place he was standing.
"Ohh!!! So what I heard was true!!! You guys are dating!" said swayam in awe.
They looked at each other.
"Kya yaar guyz! at least you should have told me...That's really not done!" Swayam said folding his arms.
"Sorry dude! We didn't want people to know 'bout it...you know.." explained Nilesh.
"But I guess we should have told you.Sorry! " Simmi added.
"Ya...you should have told me at least. But as I got to know it by myself, don't think I will let you go! You have a treat due now!" said Swayam.
"Sure! Sure!" said Nilesh.

Sharon and Neha were sitting in the atrium with Neha blabbering 'bout Fresher's night. Sharon turned around and saw Swayam talking to a guy and a girl. Only then she remembered what Neha had told 'bout Swayam the previous day that Swayam didn't talk to girls much.She met a pair of brown colour eyes and realized she was staring at them and Swayam saw her. She quickly turned back and looked down. Embarrassed.
"What happened?" Neha asked Sharon.
"Nothing" Sharon told Neha. Her eyes on her hands. After a few minutes
"Who are they?" Sharon asked Neha with her eyes on the two people who were with Swayam. Neha gave a quick at them.
"That's Nilesh and Simmi. Nilesh is Swayam's best friend. I heard that he's dating Simmi but they never comment on it." Neha told Sharon.
"Ohhh...!!!!" said Sharon.
the bell rang then and Sharon had to go to the class. As she was a week late she had many classes that were not with Neha.
She entered the class and moved her eyes round the room looking for an empty seat. A seat next to Vicky was empty. She went to that seat and asked him
" You mind if I sit her?"
"Of course not!" said Vicky.
She sat there and took her books out of her bag.The proffesor had not came yet.
Sharon said to Vicky
"So...You're a drummer huh..I'm impressed!"
"Yeah! I love drums!" said Vicky smiling.
"Hmmm...Me too." said Sharon.
"Don't tell me...You're a drummer!?" asked Vicky.Surprise.
"Nah! but I like drums and bands and all thee stuff." explained Sharon.
"Ohh..." said Vicky.
The proffesor entered then and they got busy with their work.
