Nice post, Rafi! I completely agree...Thursday's epi was a disappointment for everyone I think...for the first time there was a sense that they didn't plan ahead or that they just added in this Swayam leaving track as a filler for one week...cuz clearly the execution was inconsistent...why did they make Sharon say "Dil Dosti Dance" when clearly NONE of those elements were used to make Swayam stay back? Atleast not in a CLEAR way that I could see...

And while we're on that topic, I have to say I'm missing seeing SS dance together...it feels like it's been ages. Especially Sharon...I don't think we've seen Sneha dance full on in the show since a while...I guess we will soon with the footloose stuff now.

And I agree with the poster above me that they didn't even show Sharon's reaction to Swayam agreeing to stay...it was all just a damp squib by that point. Honestly the phone call scene in the end could have been shown regardless of this whole track...it had no effect on it whatsoever...the equation, the bitterness remained the same.

Now I'm waiting to see where/if this track moves ahead in the coming week with the Footloose stuff.

I'm not even going to mention the 'dil' part, cause goading someone into staying is too conventional and didn't quite match upto the Swaron 'dil' standards.

I just read the post about auditions for the entry of a new girl in D3...are they bringing in a new girl for Swayam to make Sharon more jealous? Cuz clearly Nicole was just a timepass in that respect...lol...

I agree...which is why I was hoping for something more from that scene...but it turned out to be quite typical and predictable...Sharon goaded him and he stayed...that's it?😕...So far, the Swaron storyline has been better than predictability of that sort.

the last ss dance was haye rama...and we cannot really tag it as a dance number completely...so sneha's last dance was 'yeh dosti hum nahin todenge' sequence...

As for the dosti , the gang just met up at Kriya's place,did the usual loafing around ate sandwiches and the boys kept at the Kriyam teasing(which btw is totally random and uncalled for).So WHERE is the dosti?? I don't see it.

And finally dance,Swayam was aware of footloose when he made his decision(assuming footloose is the dance they are referring to) so WHERE is the dance??

Enough has been written about the episode being a downer on the dil front,but even on the other two yardsticks,it didn't quite cut it.

As you said,let's hope for a better Monday :)
