The curious case of suhaagraat

If anyone has seen KWK 7 promo where Karan asks Alia about one myth she got to know after she got married. She said the myth of suhaagraat which doesn't happen as you are tired.

Which made me remember this topic in ITv land.

I confess I used to be giddy with the prospect of upcoming SR (that was me 10 yrs ago🤡) after all the trials and traumas leads are coming together. With months of sexual frustation building up there comes a day when it will happen . I remember we used to say eye locks as eye sex😛.

But but but but the record is it never happened on the day. It either happens before which would lead to another complication aka leap or accident. Or it happens after 100 episodes from marriage when viewers like me who were there for love story loses interest.

And once it happens the romance ends all together . As if love ended right after it.

The couple who used to have romantic scenes all the time gets busy with their lives.

Omg you are thinking about an SR already, although it is subtle but still not hard to read between the lines. Another cliche trope??? But you are right, the C night which some fans prefer to say used to give me goosebumps too but the whole cringe stuff that follows after, I would not mind a long love hate relationship because it would atleast keep the anxiety alive, say rather that after the C night stuff any serial gets easily predictable.

I don't know why I suddenly remember PAK drama "humsafar" where leads after 3 something episodes turned off the light & I only understood oh that was the time they got close once I saw the FL has a child.😆

Imagine them & then ITV. On a serious note, ITV love story works as long as they don't confess. Then it all goes down the drain. I'm also not fan of leads getting married then all that drama with MIL - DIL drama. I'd very much prefer A-G to continue their tashan while they are inbtheir own house.

Lol pak dramas were different altogether for me.i was freshly graduated from Itv romantic scenes pak drama came as shocker.

Exactly about humsafar when they showed child track I wondered when did it happened as in indian tv shows SR is major fuss .it was watching few more dramas and visiting pak forum I understood if couple is sitting on same bed that means they are together

True that story is good untill they not confess.after marriage is goes down totally into drain.
