omg i started liking dhara aftr watchng dis epi... she was really gud. n even cgm seemed 2 like her. she is a gud actress though not so beautiful. did u see cgm in a girl's attire?? rofl...he was lukng so funny.

i cudn't watch the epis & even 2days epi i cudn't watch a smy bro has cum 4 weekend & watching sum prog. and i m now watching ystrdays epi on youtube.i'd seen that scene where dhurdhara's intro is given & though even i find her not a much looker but acting is gud & yeas her eyes r impressive juts like bhadrasaal aka rohit!! & abt dhurdhara i'd seen old "chanyakay" TV series & even read abt it but cudn't rem wat was shown(abt names etc.) in that TV series though it was v.gud.

so i may check my history book 4 this info but atleast sagars won't make such a blunder & its quite possible that she might'd been daughter of dhananada bcoz i'd read that CGM did marry dhananand's daughter & dhanananda was not killed by CGM but rather he went 2 forests & lived the life of an unknown prsn or ascetic!!

umnn.. i really never came across any record which says dhurdhara belonged to Nand family!!! i guess this is again their creative liberty!! i tried to search about that but didn't find much!!!

charu i m watching 2days epi!! and abt dhurdhara i've consult sum books of history. i will luk it in2 "The Oxford History of India" 3rd edn by Vincent.A. Smith. its an old lib book which i got it from sum1 who gave it 2 me as they themselves don't read such books & then later on i came 2 know that its a lib book by luking at its seal!!😆😆

Hi friends...i am silent reader of thgs forum..Durdhara is introduced...any body tell her real name...but mrignayani is better than her...But history was Durdhara is Chandragupt's 1st wife and Bindusar's mother...and another aspect...I have never heard that Durdhara was Dhananads daughter...according to some jain text Durdhra is obvious princess who felt love at first site to Chandu and married..but they tell chandu resque princess Durdhara from such incident confronting corrupted prince..and she helped Chandu to expanded his kingdom untill she died when she pregnant.. and according to some other historian and Indica Durdhara or Diodora was selucas 's daughter to whom Chandu defeat in the battle later..but Durdhara is Dhananad's daughter ..I am 1st time heard...would any body know the actual information plz share it..

ye durdhara was cgm's wife and bindusara's mother. and no...she wasn't daughter of Dhana... although dhana's daughter also married CGm but she was not durdhara... and yes!!! CGM also married Seleucus' daughter. but her name was Cornelia [/or helen] ...

they have actually mixed two characters in the show...

one of kalyani[Dhana's daughter] and other is Durdhara...

The show is much far away from real history!!!!😕

thanks justjayati...for the information...r u history student or teacher...I am love to read history ..but I am not history background...but some historian says...diodora macedonian or greek girl who come to India and become indian name durdhara...but actual history of Durdhara was unknown..

But historical serial should not be far away from is original history rather than filmy...any ways this serial continues very good run...👏
