Nandini thinks, why didn't her husband come in search of her, don't he love her? Or with these passing years, did he think that she is dead?, these questions arise another question in our mind, had she ever loved him, the way he loves her? This is the very first thought came to my mind, while watching the above scene, and to reach at an answer seemed to be very easy. At a first glance, it seemed to be a 'No' she didn't. But on a second thought, what ever she has done, she had sacrificed her life, was for the sake of Chandra, only that her way of expressing her love was different from that of Chandra. She expressed it in a way by loving and caring his family for his sake, by forgiving Moora, by tolerating Helena and Apama, even though half heartedly accepted the cruel Malay as her nandoy, and above all we all know she shares a special bond with Bindusar despite any blood relation, and the reason for the bond is none other than Chandra that Bindusar is his son, more than the promise she gave to Durdhara, though she hasn't explicitly admitted it. Her sacrificial life for Bindusar after Durdhara's death is an epitome of her unconditional love for Chandra.

But what if it was Nandhni in the place of Chandra today? It would have been different in expression, though the Intensity would be the same.

They says, men are emotionally weaker than women. I really don't know to which extend it holds true, but Chandra was a person who was force fully kept apart from the feelings of heart and for the same reason he was always curious about the function of heart other than beating for 24 hrs. Chanakya had been successful in holding Chandra's curiosity until Nandini entered Chandra's life. Chanakya was successful in finding till two brides for Chandra, for whom he was sure that Chandra would never fall for, but all his calculations failed at the third time, in the case of the third bride of Chandra, because she was his destiny, it took time for Chanakya to understand their bond, but once realised he too decided to go with the flow. When Chandra fall in love, the love was wholly new to him unlike Nandhni, though Chandra is the first and last person in her life to fall in love with as a lover /husband but the word love is not strange to her. There were people around her since her birth who showered love and care for her, her father, brothers, mother, and the three people in her life who could not tolerate tears in her eyes, her Pita Maharaj, Chandra and the kid Bindusar. But her whole life was a sacrifice, once for the sake of her Pita maharaj, later it was for Chandra, his wrong decision regarding sending her in exile for the murder she hadn't committed. Then it was for Bindusar by returning to the same Mehal as a Daima, where she had born as a princess and even now she had cost her life for the sake of Bindusar's hatred.

We all know how much Chandra loved and cared for Bindusar, his scream for Bindusar, when he was on the verge of death is still ranging in our ears. He didn't get anything in return, not even a word of console from his son , but he never complained. Adonis is a still a mystery! As far as Helena is concerned, had she been a little bit genuine towards Chandra, the story would have been entirely different.

Chandra was a person who valued and cared for his family bonds more than his love, though he didn't love Helena, she was his first wife whom he respected and cared for more than she deserved, or else for whom he saved Apama from the wrath of Bindusar even at the cost of his love, Nandini, it was his decision to turn her a scrape goat to save Apama, to save relationships, he tried to hold his family together and it also included the people who conspired against him. At the end what he got in return? he lost his love and life and left alone with no one to support, not even his so called own mother. Who would not turn insane? He is still alive and sane. It is very difficult to survive such a situation. Can we blame Chandra for his present condition? He had suffered a lot, more than he could and now he want to take leave from everything. He is mentally exhausted. His heart still beats for the person, whom had made him realise that he has a heart after all.

Just one to say.They are like one soul two body..Their heart connected to each other.

May be nandini expression of love different from Chandra.or we can say it's most of the time Chandra who got the chance to express his love either emotionality or angerly...Like we can remember the death scene of nandini almost 2 time...

But how can u forget the scene where Chandra takes the "poison"..Where Chandra condition was unconscious for almost 2 days.and same like nandini who didn't take any food ,only pray to God..As nothing in her hand to do except pray.

In Vishakanya track also we can say ..Her expression of love is different to him..

And the greek gang always take her granted and she was like soft target..

But ya it's wrong to say at least here men are emotionally weaker...Which Chandra proofs wrong..😆

Though we say they didn't follow the history, they have included all historical events. Durdhara is there, Helena is there, war with Nand dynasty, Chandra Chanakya bond (even stronger than in history) vishkanya killing parvathak, only the timeline and cause of events differs. Even the existance of Nandhni in history is debatable but not deniable. Only that they kept the historical facts and along with they added some more as Ek had already said they are trying to portray an untold story of Chandra and Nandhni. As Nandini said, history doesn't matter here, but Chandhni is making history and setting new standards in TV by their portrayal.

@ipsi, there lies the point. Bang on. As you said she didn't get a chance, and only rarely she got to express it explicitly but otherwise her whole life was a sarifice for him, directly or indirectly.

hehehe right.and sometime it's foolishness to find out history in Hindi drama serial..

Like in my case whenever I watch CN ...My mom said why u wasting time in watch this nonsense..Go and study...(me like ek hi to dekh Rahi hoon )...😆

They have strengthen the script like never before and the scenes have become more intense than ever before. The script writers have woke up from hibernation, started making use of RT's acting potential. Started to focus on Chandini more after leap which is a good sign. Just hope they won't add in any stupidity and damage the quality once again.

Think that the new mad friend of Chandra is not mad but an extreme intellectual (often mistaken as mad by world) who serves as a medium for the story writer to communicate with the audience as he is giving clue on future track.

Like you said her whole life sacrifice for him.and it's almost proven..She lost her father,brothers...And after a point of time she understands it also in Chandra revenge POV...She accept everything and didn't raise a single word to him...

And now Chandra is the only person whose existence gives her breath..Unless she almost on verge of her life ..Like earlier episode when she was asking for death to Chandra.

Exactly @Ipsi we should never go to find logics etc in presents shows we won't get it also in majority of shows . 😆 if you are not happy /entertsined then we should move on 😆 😆
