Actually Aunty, the tattoo is doing sort of a Choc chip cookie act - now you see, now you dont. When he was talking to Nandini it was not there.

Yes, the anger is more at yourself than at the other person. But my theory has already killed itself after reading Shyamala aunty's description of the character's behaviour 😭😆 Your question at the end brought to mind a quote by P G Wodehouse - "At the age of eleven or thereabouts women acquire a poise and an ability to handle difficult situations which a man, if he is lucky, manages to achieve somewhere in the later seventies." 😉😆

@bold - I am going to print this and hand it out to every male obnoxious male i came across😆

He might build her a temple and pledge his life to doing her pooja ...eee...dadi is as irritating as as a mosquito buzzing over your ears. I don't know if any of you share this sentiment, but I don't find her cute, interesting or enjoyable. Obviously she is there just as an excuse for C and N to be stuck together. Other than that i have not notice her dishing out even an ounce of wisdom to either of the lovestruck couple

Found myself gritting my teeth in the scene where she asked if she can come in (where Chandra out of the blue announces to Nandini that he likes/loves her). For a woman who was so sick that Chandra had to go Nandini lest he wants his granny to die, she seem to come around much faster than a 6 year old.

What an original idea, Anil!

After spending an hour with daadi doing a jugalbandi about Nandini's manifold hunars, Pitaji Maharaj will probably want to trot along wherever daadi goes, like Mary's little lamb, to continue the love fest!😉

Can't blame me for trying, right?

Yes, yes, I can see what this is in aid of, making me feel guilty! I dare say you have picked this trick up from Sandhya, who is a specialist in emotional blackmailing, or maybe this is an original hunar of yours!😉

It is a very sweet picture - I do not know where you kids dig these things up from! - but I do not plan to oblige, young Anne, so put that in your pipe and smoke it (not that I expect you have a pipe or even a cigarette, your mom would have taken care of any such yens well in time!😉)

I love Chandra and Nandini and them together. So I find some silly excuse for all sorts of things in the serial.

1. Daadi is not extra ordinary but I find her scenes okayish. At times in our lives , some old women take a liking to one specific grand daughter or daughter-in-law. My paternal grandmother loved loved my cousin's wife to death and that was love at first sight. So these things are okay. Moreover it will look odd if Mura plays these things.

2. Some of you raised questions on why Chandra has to go by feet or alone to fetch Nandini from Jungle. He cannot now go with horses or men as it will be very embarrassing to find Magadh's Queen all alone in a jungle. The rescue act had to be done as discreetly as the send out act.

Please all of you, do not scold or criticize my chellams and Kuttis Chandra and Nandini. 😉 😆

Anne, both of us are sailing in the same boat. I have seen that catch up on Yupp TV how many times I even forget. Rajat's performance during that episode was the best I have seen out of him in CN. Sweta was also doing a very good, balanced, nuanced and subtle job in this particular scene. But then, it is still not even a patch on the stupendous and fantabulous performance of Rajat. Rajat stole the entire show. He was literally living in that scene. Aunty we really need what your take on this scene is. You make us relive the entire thing with your descriptions.

But then the new promo seems highly distasteful for me. How yucky, tacky, and awful is this entire thing going to get before it is resolved like the Jodha Begum Vishpaan equivalent envisioned by Prem for resolving this entire Nandini-Roopa fiasco? I wouldn't mind Chandra ringing the bells in a Mandir for saving Nandini's life, and having an argument with God in a Hindu temple, or Jain temple, or a Buddhist temple, or wherever it is! I have no problems with any religion. I just want that scene.

actually, I am so excited to watch the episode when the truth finally comes out and they both realize the the other did not have any 'love' for someone else. Especially Chandra.

But the pain is for this track to end. From the promo of Roopa's drunk dancing, does not seem like this will end anytime soon. The CV's will drag this through the filtiest of mud before deciding that it has become stale and needs to end. It is always the same in most serials. They will show the dumbest thing, and off late it is always some woman or man eyeing for someone else wife or husband. No serial is complete without the sanctity of marriage being put through the worst of filth. In this case you see it in Malay - he married Chhaya so to have a chance of getting rid of Chandra and take over the throne, but at the same time he has to also try and get Nandini. The shameless way in which he waltz in and out of her room ...but I do wonder, how come the Maharani's dont have any safety? Anyone can come in to their room?

Also you see it in Helena. She is already married to Chandra. As in may polygamous marriage, it is normal to feel jealous and wanting the husband attention for oneself only. But how she goes about doing it...eeewww,,,,,

I do hope that against the nature the CVs would decide to have some sense and end this nonsense for as Aunty said, what is Sunanda's story to Aapama? Both want different things...how will it ever work with this fake Nandini?

I do really hope that the writers have a proper solid story, and not take us through utter ridiculous plot.

The CVs, whether in films or on TV, seem to be hung up on this kind of stuff, of the hero being made to feel degraded by his wife's drunken dancing in public.

How come the virtuous Malay lends himself to these goings on?😉 Wonder how Daadi takes it, or maybe she will not be there.

Presumably Nandini has been kidnapped and incarcerated somewhere, maybe in the same secret room. I think they will do a female version of Sivaji's Uthama Puthiran - put her in an iron mask or keep her prisoned in the secret room

But if Sunanda wants Roopa to get close to Chandra and then bump him off, this is hardly the way to do it! I think, from last night's precap , the way she blows smoke into Aapama's face with cheeky arrogance, that Roopa is a wild child, and will not be easily controlled. - As much as I am not looking forward to Roopa act, I do hope that Roopa will be unleashed on Helena; though this is unlikely as Aapama is now on board and it is definitely not going to stand for this. However, we may hope on the wild child to be true to her nature and decide to deviate from whatever the plan Supama has cooked
