The predominant impression I got after watching the Friday's episode was that the entire track in CN is headed the Mills and Boons way. I will list out a few points that stuck me:

1) Chandra hates to see Nandini in tears. Period.

This is not new - no. That's why he decided to send her to Daksha seels. In the current episode, he is not even seeing if she is crying or not. It is he who is crying his heart out. 😆

2) He is even more irritated when to his great and misplaced consternation he discovers that the reason for this is Malayketu. Period.

YES !! . He is so enamored by her all of a sudden and when a soft spoken MIL says something contrary, he seems to take to it completely.

3) This matters to him so much that even a stolen Royal Mudrika and Wrong Orders issued with its help pale in significance before it. Period.

😆. There is only one ISSUE in front him now. It is like that guy in Mudhal Mariyadhai who says I want to know the truth.

4) He speaks something and means the very opposite of what he says. Period.

Lovely. Yes . How romantic !!! 😳

5) He says you are not my wife but really means that you are my wife. Period.

😳

6) He is hurt by what he sees as Nandini's infidelity and in turn hurts her. Period.

Infact he is more hurt by what he says. In addition to knowing that it may hurt her, he himself cannot bear what he says. But he still blurts it out. Contradiction. But that is how complex the mind or heart is.

7) Nandini's retaliation that she too does not consider him as her husband hurts. Period.

But he brings his EGO. Very abosrbing love stories have a lot of EGO.

8) MUs are galore. Period.

9) Who puts more ghee in the fire, Helena or Malayketu, a tough fight and close call. Period.

Malay's is more subtle and powerful , me thinks.😆

10) Helena keeps barging into Chandra's room telling she is here to apply medicine and keeps on aggravating his wounds. Period.

The actress is damn good. When he avoids her to go to sleep, she gives an impression for 3 seonds where she accepts a defeat (Inspite of her external vicory over Nandini) , CGM does not desire Helena at all. She has been waiting for so long, if you know what i mean. 😉

11) And the surprising thing, Chandra actually allows her to do so. Period.

12) Malayketu speaks utter balderdash and Chandra believes him in an unquestioning manner. Period.

But Malay's tone was better than Helena. When you are not convinced yourself, how can you punish the other person ? And he is his BIL. He cannot be rash with him now. Given Chaaya's condition. Do you agree ?

13) He should have given that chap a black eye for speaking all that nonsense about his wife but he swallows it. Period.

14) Chandra pardons Avantika because she was a Pativrata Istree. Heavens support me! All the Pativratas of lore would be turning in their grave.

But how does Chandra know the 9 Sons story Infact no one knows it - Not even may be the first wife ?

15) Chandra tells looking at Nandini that any caring wife would do it for her husband. Wasn't the poor girl doing all that during the return journey taking a different route to save him from Daddy dearest, fighting for him, crying for him, bringing him to Patliputra, giving him the poison antidote, treating him, etc. Such short term memory this guy has. He forgets everything. How much more will a girl care for her husband?

YEH DIL MAANGE MORE !!!

16) So though in the precap when I watched the scene I liked Rajat more, in the actual scene when it played out I absolutely loved Sweta's acting. So calm, quiet, dignified, subtle and a picture perfect portrayal of hurt and emotional angst. Take a bow for that scene Sweta!

Nandini character came out on tops may be. But the possessed husband who is seeking answers from somewhere ( her/him/circumstances), Rajat was still in tops. My view. But Nandini was very very good throughout.

And why does she always study ?!!!! 😆

but I think Chandra was super jealous and he was just taunting Nandini to prove her Pativrata and prove herself and prove his allegations wrong . May be he wanted to hear ..i dont love Malay😆

RT and Shwetha are doing good ! Loving their chandinimoments and yes agree even i loved RT more in precap one then the episode thing and Shwetha get brownie point there.
