This was the best episode so far for me. One revelation after another, with minimal dragging and every acene being to the point! A word of appreciation to rhe editor and screenplay writer. However, dialogues could have been better. But that's a minor glitch in an otherwise good episode.
From Malay disclosing identifiers using which the foster parents could be tracked,to Chandra's lighter side being exposed to Helena as the introductions happened with the past(Not in the literal sense, but in the sense that he knows Durdhara from his childhood) and present.

I would like to mention one thing here. There was an obvious ahock on Durdhara's face, whether it was because he married a foreigner or because he 'married' is something that came to my mind. Does Durdhara secretly consider him more than a friend? For a few moments,I did see something in her eyes, but she quickly hid that. Hmm,we'll have to wait and watch. But I did sense something.

Chanakya describing why Chandra has no option other than taking this risk made absolute sense! Chanakya has been better than him at disguises, so maybe this time around he took a few tips from his master 😆

Without wasting much time, the rituals began. Here I found one obvious blooper. Tun tun bhabi didn't look like she tripped at all,it seemed as though she just had a craving to push her nanad rani😕 Nevertheless, this was the only thingI didn't like in the show, because of it being 'filmy' and reminded me of the 'khoon bhari maan' scene from earlier.🤢

I don't have a palate for these things, they seem overly done and trying too hard to make the stars match etc

Now,coming to the ultimate revelation. Not only did he gets to know that he was adopted,he also realises that he is none other than Moora's son and a prince! The sheer pain in his eyes when all this information is put together was remarkable on Rajat's part!

Btw,alot of smart thinking by CGM today. He didn't go blurting about his plans this time nor did he make any over confident statements. Even when he investigated the palace,he found a tactic there too. Some ayurvedic form of chloroform I think. And just when I was about to say "Oh wow so how did it not affect him?"
Chanakya's voiceover spoke up 😆 However I would have understood if Cgm was immune to it as he was immune to many forms of poison.

Too much logic all in one episode. That too in an Ekta show! Im impressed! 😆

Precap oozed abs and masculinity. So a lot of hyperventilating expected tomorrow!

Now all I want is Nand and Chandra doing an Abs display together.😆

I haven't seen the episode yet but all the written updates suggest that this Monday episode was worth the wait.
It is awesome if the show is advancing at such a speed but this makes me wonder if this serial is of limited episodes? Because if all the secrets are being opened right now, then what is left in the future episodes to look forward to.
Another question I had in my mind was if CGM marries Durdhara for love and Helena for acquisition of army then what is Nandini's role? I mean is her marriage only for torturous revenge?

Thanks for the speedy and awesome update btw.

Had similar thoughts throughout!
Especially regarding Durdhra and That vibhooti (or whatever one calls it )scene 😆
Must say Ekta is given quite some surprises with her this show...if not majorly..then definitely noticeable surprises. I am liking that 😉

I don't think so k Dhurdhara Chandra se pyaar karti hai
But both r best friends like friends forever
So Chandra ne Bina bataye marriage Kar li
So may be bcs of that reason Durdhara was hurt

I honestly believe there is more than what meets the eye in the Durdhara-Chandra scenario. Its genuine affection and maybe Im pushing it a bit coz I am a sucker for childhood sweethearts 😆
I like Durdhara because she brings out the softer side of Chandra. A part of him he has forgotten himself, but it comes alive with her. Almost childlike happiness.

Disha my dear,

Very neat, brief - would that I could be so succinct!😉 - and still comprehensive. I am glad you have picked up the daily episode analysis habit.

But you have carefully avoided touching on the bloopers, the most important of which is that neither Nandini, nor even Malayaketu, who has been with Chandra for years in the gurukul, recognises Chandra sitting right in front of them at a distance of less than 6 feet. It is hardly credible, given that Chandra's is not the kind of face, unlike Chanakya's, that lends itself it camouflage. It is square and handsome, and the features are very distinctive.

Chandra himself protests strongly to his guru against this idea on the same grounds, and I too had described Chanakya's latest start, sending his ace of trumps into the lion's den, in my post as a dangerous gamble.

Oh well, as I noted on my thread, if the heroine of Aditya Chopra's Rab ne bana di jodi could not recognise SRK 1, her husband, in the only slightly jazzed up version, SRK 2, then here at least Chandra has a moustache and a beard!😉

Then again, WHAT is Chandra expected to discover during this very risky expedition? That Nandini is the apple of her father's eye, the one he loves more than himself? He could have guessed that during his last outing, when he kidnapped her, for if this was not so, he could never have got away because he had her as a hostage.

OK, let us suppose that he is still not sure of this. What then? How is a priest expected to discover whom the king loves the most by sitting in the pooja sthal - and the ceremony is clearly one of the preliminaries to the marriage, not the main marriage ceremony itself? How far can he wander around the palace, and what will he do there anyway?

Disha my dear, this is all total flummery, though I would grant you that the leads provided by Malayaketu, and the rest of the buildup to the arrest of Chandra's foster parents, were all surprisingly logical and well worked out.

But the way in which it develops from here on is bizarre. A pooja is in progress for the var-vadhu, and a couple of prisoners are dragged into the pooia sthal, interrupting the ceremony, and Padmanand promptly abandons the pooja meant for the Devi to bless his darling daughter to take on the role of the Grand Inquisitor? What happened to the ceremony thereafter is left in a limbo.

Why not wait till the pooja was over? And what was the tearing hurry to interrogate that duo right there and then, in front of the whole assemblage?

It makes no sense at all, but then it has only one purpose, for Chandra to learn the truth about his parentage. Partly right there, in the negative sense - which is why the prisoners have to be dragged in while the priest is there - plus he then knows where to go to try and dig out the rest. To the prison, to try and interrogate them, but then he finds all the missing pieces at one go. That is it!

Just as Tun Tun bhabhi's stumbling had only one purpose, for the holy water to fall not on Malayaketu's hand but on Chandra's. To wit, khoon bhari maang part 2.

Don't mind my carping, my dear girl. I am like that only😉, always going into a lot of detail. I cannot help it! But you have to concede that not one of my objections is illogical.

As for tonight, I would by far prefer Chandra in the swayamwar to this Tarzan act. But your last line is hilarious, and offers great possibilities!😉

And I still hope Chandra dumps Nandini in a muddy pond. I was very sorry that did not happen the last time!😆

Aunty giving me incredible honour by responding to my thread. I know your hand doesn't let you type much,so I know it must have taken incredible effort!
I am surprised you found anything worthy in my hodgepodge of a post which was made more in excitement really and not necessarily analyzing 😆

I've replied in red colour

Honestly this didn't even come to my ignorant mind. Now that you tell me,I'm wondering how he didn't recognise him all this while? Why did it take him so long?😕

Also another thing I have been wondering, can the students from the gurukul randomly just leave it? Don't they need to complete their course?

Chandra himself protests strongly to his guru against this idea on the same grounds, and I too had described Chanakya's latest start, sending his ace of trumps into the lion's den, in my post as a dangerous gamble.

I agree. I've found that a lot of thought needs to be put as per how Chanakya draws up a plan. So far, there has not been any such effort in terms of script. Chanakya just tells the plan, without any backstory or reasoning. This was the first time Chandra questions him,but even then. I would have liked it if they showed how Chanakya's thought process is like. I've been spoiled by NDTV Imagine's portrayal of Chanakya I think. His monologues were always interesting and always had some mora quotient.

Oh well, as I noted on my thread, if the heroine of Aditya Chopra's Rab ne bana di jodi could not recognise SRK 1, her husband, in the only slightly jazzed up version, SRK 2, then here at least Chandra has a moustache and a beard!😉

🤣
This was better than the other disguises though. Definitely better than that useless disguise he had as the soldier in Alexander's camp. He didn't even have a moustache there 😆

He could have guessed that during his last outing, when he kidnapped her, for if this was not so, he could never have got away because he had her as a hostage.

Hmm,true. Infact this was already known to him,if you ask me. When he stole Nandini's ring and gave it to Helena,he did mention about it more or less.

OK, let us suppose that he is still not sure of this. What then? How is a priest expected to discover whom the king loves the most by sitting in the pooja sthal - and the ceremony is clearly one of the preliminaries to the marriage, not the main marriage ceremony itself? The writers have run out of ideas for beherupiyas 😆

Also, don't they have actual cells to keep prisoners? What's with everyone being thrown there next to Moora? First Chandra and then these two.

Ofcourse not! That makes you one of a kind. Its your USP 😆
