Yes you’re right Bhavi the lady was creeping on them the exact moment Tara was asking about the birthmark maybe the lady has itv style sixth sense and was like “some drama and romance is happening let me go check” ..yes Tara was his childhood sweetheart maybe she forgot about it eventually but yes it’s surprising she didn’t know about it lol😄
