In precap they show Ashok telling that he promisses to come back for his mother & brother, & fullfilling his acharyas dream of united India & giving acharya his gurudakshina by punishing his culprits.

I don't think so that Dharma & Ashok will meet before leap. Well lets see how they show it.

As far as Bindusar is concerned he is presently in grip of the Tantrick whom Charumitra & Sushim are consulting. They must have done some thing that Bindusar's thinking changed all of sudden.

Well some of his senses are still intact, otherwise he would have made Sushim Yuvraj right after striping Ashok of the position. He on the other hand announced that the competition between his tow son's for the post is called off & there will be no Yuvraj till his death & that he will decide on his death bed as who will succeed him. In spite of the tanthrck effect he still could think that Ashok though is capable but needs guidance & proper counseling before he takes over, & Sushim is not at all capable at all.

Well post leap, as seen in promos that situation in Magadh will worsen & Sushim is not capable & Mahaamtya is too greedy & Siamak will try to worsen things, Bindusar getting old want be able to think of anything, & finally will be forced to recall Ashok. Or they will show Ashok coming to Patliputhra at behest of Radhagupt by Changing identity & make his back to corridor of power.
