Helena took Promise from Siamak not to tell anybody that he is not Bindusar's son. She wanted Bindusar to die with the pain of seeing his own blood deceiving him
But what actually is happening ?? Siamak is acting as if he is being forced to kill Bindusar and so Bindusar wont mind getting killed by Siamak.
Siamak should act as if he have changed his side after Unanis have defeated them. This would have given a real pain to Bindusar.
But maybe CVs already knew that Bindusar wont die so soon so they didnt went so Deep...
