Which leads me to think that there will be an impending battle between him and siyamak 😭 They haven't shown much in the Ashoka-Siyamak angle after Siyamak lost, which sucks. I was hoping Siyamak would break away from the Khorasani blood. Also, that Dhruv kid is cute. I wonder why he isn't in line for the throne, since Siyamak seems to be a few years older than Dhruv (looking beyond the fact that Dhruv hasn't started Gurukul yet, but then again nothing's wrong with Bindusar so there isn't an urge to crown anyone prince regent). Dhruv's mom is also the nicest of all Bindusar's queens (not including Subhadrangi).I also wonder what Subrasi would think of Subhadrangi when she finds out the truth. It's clear what Noor and Charu will do/think, but Subrasi seems to be the nicest one, as reflected by her kid. Siyamak is nice, but the kid is too confused. And Sushim reflects excellently on his mother's nature.
hey great post and thoughts...
OK on Siyamak. My POV is that Ashok wont hold him responsible for he was not born at the time Subhadrangi was attacked. And when Siaymak does come to know he will reject his heritage. I think before that Noor or her father might jut get killed in this Rajaji/helena assasination plot.
Dhruv is too young to be considered as he has older brothers who are old enough to be declared. For a King during those times, battles were still on and enemies ready to attack, King Bindusar's life was always in danger. So it would be advisable to select the next Heir to the throne sooner than later Its never too soon to do so. I would even go on to think thaat Sushim is the biggest threat to Bindusar's life.
I think Subrasi would accept Dharma and help her in becoming a Queen. Just as she has accepted Voodoo Queen and Noor.. I think she became queen by default, has accepted her place and has no ulterior motive as such.
