Sameer was destined to play King Sudhodhana.

Way back in 2010/2011 a new PH were going to make Gautam Buddha for Imagine Channel and sameer was approached to play father of Siddharta (buddha). Unfortunately show not made for some reasons (either scrapped, channel closed etc)

Of course 2-3 years later on we saw him playing this role in Mr B K Modi's show Buddha on Zee TV.

All Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor fans are in for a treat what with the makers of 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' giving them a golden opportunity to watch the first trailer of the much awaited film with the stars!

Sooraj barjatya's 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo', whose trailer will be unveiled on October 1, will have a grand celebration with the media and fans. And while the entire PRDP team will be launching the trailer with much fanfare, it has also opened entries for all Salman and Sonam fans to join in the fun. The entire PRDP team is calling out for fans to join in the celebrations as they unveil the first theatrical trailer of PRDP this Thursday.

The film's official twitter handle posted about this. They tweeted, "Prem se aapka intezaar dekha nai gaya!!! Bas Aa Raha Hai! #PremKeSaathTrailerDekho @BeingSalmanKhan @sonamakapoor."

With the film's trailer release just few days away, we surely can't contain our excitement!

dont know shobhi,just now i back to home saw that on Rahul modi shared it on his wall
i think Sameer 's photo with kids appeared in the beginning so i assumed he will be in FB
